So many choices!! Loved every bite. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! They have community tables and that was awesome. They also have a first come first serve bar that was awesome as well.

It was a breakfast joint. Clean and tidy, except don't think anyone had checked the bathrooms in a minute though. Our server was personable. She had a greek name. She was on it. There seemed to be a few servers just milling around. Maybe they have a no cut policy. My breakfast was pretty good. My friend got the corned beef and she said it was not great. Parking was easy, but we were there closer to the end.

James was an amazing server! We had two babies and toddler and he was so conscientious about food and the kids and their needs. He came over and helped with dropped toys… I mean. Over the top great service. I was single parenting today, and was so grateful for his help! He even got us a bag when we had to leave and I had to take a lot of the food with us. Five stars for James and the food and drinks were great too!

The wait-list option is a joke. We were first in line, checked in with the host only to wait for 50 minutes and never got a table seeing other parties being seated. Asked the hosts what was going on and we're getting a new random answer every time. I guess it was the last time we ever tried going to Urban Egg.
Absolutely unprofessional staff that kept us waiting for a table for 50 minutes and in the end let another group ahead of us. Definitely not coming here again!

Disgusting customer service. Booked through yelp and arrived on time. There are 2 girls at the entrance. One of the girls at the registration registered us, we waited for an hour and a half. During that time, people came in and were seated at the vacated tables. When we asked what was going on, one of the girls said another girl checked you in and like she didn't know anything. Total inconsistency! Loss of time! I do not recommend the restaurant!
