One of my favorite spots in Denver. The food is always fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is delightful. I highly recommend sitting outside in the back when the weather is nice or grabbing a window table when the weather is gray. I have never been disappointed with the menu.

This used to be one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich in the city. Unfortunately they overhauled their menu to be vegetarian only and closed during the weekends. Bring back the goods!

Our favorite cafe. Lovely ambiance and delicious food. It is pricey, but likely due to the high quality ingredients used (local/organic). When it’s nice sit outside on the back patio for a little taste of Europe! They just revamped the menu, so looking forward to trying new items!

Just really not the same since the switch to vegetarianism :( sad to say as vert has always been a favorite of mine in Denver but paying $20 for a soggy veggie sandwich is in no way worth it. Not even knocking vegetarian sandwiches which I do enjoy, the heaviness of flavors just aren't anchored properly by the vegetables and I would say the switch is overall a miss.

What a hidden gem. At first glance you might think that the prices are little much for a sand which, but once you've tried any of there awesome creations you will quickly change your mind. Service is prompt and reasonable to you as well. If they are busy they will let you know. I appreciate that instead of getting neglected at a table. Overall great spot!

Healthy, indulgent sandwiches and salads. Very pricey, but high-quality sandwiches. The salads were a bit disappointing for the price, both in terms of flavor and quality. Felt like the salad was pre-made and stored cold, rather than assembled fresh to order.

This place used to be 100 stars it was so amazing. Prices went way up, which I was honestly willing to pay for a great local place... if the food was good. You could easily spend $20 for nothing more than an egg on a role. The bread will be soggy, the egg will be undercooked, the guacamole will be rancid. One time I ordered to go and got home and it was like someone dumped a pound of salt on it. I kept saying to myself, "give it one more try, you used to love it so much" and now I have spent hundreds on disgusting food. Sad to be giving up, but I am out.

Vert has consistently been one of the best sandwich places in Denver. They always have amazing fresh ingredients and I've gotten almost every sandwich they have and have never been disappointed. It's definitely a little higher of a price range, so you're probably not getting out of there for less than $20, however it's certainly worth it and if you have time I recommend sitting on the back patio for a nice relaxing lunch.

$19 for a sandwich better mean you have a spiritual, life-changing experience while eating that sandwich. Weirdly enough I feel the same mentally and emotional afterwards.

We had a delicious breakfast! Service was good. A little pricey, but it's OK to treat yourself once in awhile.
