Colby made my waffles perfectly and was super friendly and helpful. The hot chocolate was delicious. My favorite was the churro waffle. The maple syrup is definitely high quality. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Stopped in Union Station in the afternoon for a rest and some wine and wanted to try out this pop up. When you go to these types of places, your expectations are not very high to begin with which is why this place was good/just ok. I would not eat breakfast here as the selection is very sweet unless you build your own.
