Ordered a baconator. The patties were hard and old and the bun was hard on one side. It must have been made a long time ago. Just gross. The fries were room temperature. I don’t get how they could serve such old food.
It's a beautiful location and lobby, and the food I've gotten there has always been fresh and very good. Sadly the soda machine stops working at random, happens every visit, and is super laggy and slow when it does work.Also the 2 times I've gotten a regular iced coffee it was super watered down, $3 down the drain each time. I even waited a week before giving the coffee a 2nd chance. I ordered ahead on their mobile app so no way to get a refund, once they get your money Wendy's...read full review

Honestly, this Wendy's used to be ok, but now it's not great at all. We didn't realize it was already 12:30 and they were kind of rude about closing in half an hour. They also took our order properly and charged us the correct amount but we didn't even get what we ordered. We got a double (which was supposed to be a son of a baconator), and we were supposed to get a 4 for $5 but didn't even get the burger (a Jr. Bacon Cheese burger).We did call but they couldn't give us a refund...read full review
