If I could give no stars I would! They messed up our order and on top of that, one of our chicken sandwiches was soggy and wet. Not to mention, my daughter's Chicken nugget had a black stretchy thing in it. We will never be going back to Wendy's EVER AGAIN!!!

I was served a burger that had clearly been sitting out for a while. The patty was very dark and super dry. They also only put a single small piece of lettuce, a single slice of pickle, and a single ring from an onion on it. The cheese was hard too, I presume from sitting on the burger patty in a warmer for a while. Awful burger.

My burger bun was soggy and wet. The meat was very pink in the middle which I have never seen here before. The fries tasted disgusting. They were out of most soda flavors and the ice tray in the machine fell and hit me in the hand. There was no ice in either machine. The employees tried their best, this is clearly an issue with poor training and bad management.

Second time this has happened. Second time within 2 weeks. Both buns were burnt on the inside of the bun. The bun is hard af. Fries are way over cooked, not even lightly crispy cooked, they are hard af. The fries were also just thrown in the bag and are all over the bottom. Who tf let these idiots work here? Absolute typicals, all of them. It's too bad these are the only jobs these kind of people can get. Wendys should raise their standards.
