Food lacks quality. Overcooked and just taste like straight grease. Lacking in flavor that makes Wingstop good. Missing half of my order, and waiting for a call back from management for a refund.

I ordered 40pcs bone in pack extra crispy. Crazy things is I place the order with phone with the manger Guadalupe and she handed me the I called because my order was missing all the ranch and the chicken soggy, I asked to speak with manger concerned. She didn’t have customer service compliant manger Guadalupe hang the phone on me twice she said come get your ranch back the best thing she can offer but never answer the phone again.she has to go

Terrible service and inept workers ( late shift). Had the misfortune of dealing with Jose Martinez on an uneventful Tuesday. I placed an order which He shortened by about $15 worth. I trusted them and realized once I made it home and called the store. He then tried to gaslight to make it seem as if I were lying, despite me pointing out the cameras and the other emptying realizing he shortened my order.these clowns even required that I bring the entire order back to the store which I happily did. He Was rude and vulgar, did not correct things even when the customer is "always correct". I'd avoid this place at all costs. If they engage in these shenanigans , there is no telling their behavior behind the scenes. Jose clearly has a foggy memory and doesn't respect his customers. He shouldn't be working in customer service. I waisted 2 hours of my time driving back and forth tot the location and communicating with a rude Jose.
Safe Way
If I can give them 0 stars I would . The food was undercooked- I order with door dash and was told my order did not go through. After finding the order - it was wrong . Was not given my dipping sauce and was told to call door dash if I had a problem. Very disappointed at wingstop customer service!

Have had a few great trips here but when I get wings with no sauce that's not cool especially when the food isn't cheap. Would love to rate better but being cheap with sauce isn't cool when I pay almost 15 dollars for the smallest meal possible.
