Worst customer service! Won’t be going back. Missing a couple items and still have them the benefit of the doubt and went back for the issue to be fixed. The workers were super rude and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE!! Would rate a 0 if I could

Placed a mobile order on Sunday for pick up got there they said they didn’t have my order and they wouldn’t know because their Wi-Fi was down. I’ve been trying to contact ever since to get a refund and still have not heard back.

Got food poisoning so bad from them I had to take a sick day off from work. Buyer beware. Possibly ask for your wings “crispy” to make sure they are cooked fully.

Got a to go order about a week ago and realized when we got home that we were missing five wings. Called and they said that they would make a credit for us. Tonight we go in order for dine in a 15 piece for 2 and the 5 replacement wings. After eating a few wings we realize again they only have us 15 wings. My husband went to the counter to tell them. They said they did give us 20 wings he had to take the tray up and count the wings and bones in front of them (kinda embarrassing) . They still acted like we were lying... they gave us five wings. So lesson learned count your wings when they bring them out to you right there at the counter.

I placed a combo order via wingstop website, 6 piece lemon herb, to get delivered around 7:30. After receiving my bag it was the wrong order and was missing fries/drink. When I called the store, Daniel, put me on 4 holds and told me I needed to come into the store with the wrong order to prove it in order for me to get a refund. I said that seemed unfair, being that it was now 8:30 p.m and it was their own wrong doing. He then transferred me to the shift manager “danesy or vanesy” (I literally couldn’t understand her name) She repeated the only way I could get a refund was if I brought in the wrong order to prove it. I’m not typically one to write reviews but if this is Wingstops policy, it sounds a unjust. Both employees put me on so many holds and were incredibly rude. I wasn’t lying and I genuinely wanted to find a solution that made sense. Lost my money, and had no dinner - not sure why they felt the need to be rude. I understand being busy, but basic human empathy would be nice.
