This order was due to a previous bad experience. The pizza was ordered online at around 4:00 PM for delivery at 5:00 PM. The order arrived at 5:20 PM while I was on the phone with the restaurant.The driver smelled strongly of marijuana. The pizza was not cut through. The pizza, garlic knots, and wings were cold. The only good thing is the taste is better than the last time. The store responded with "I don't know what to say" when I told her how unhappy I was. It was bad enough that we were forced to pay a minimum charge and delivery fee again, just to get our "Free Large Pizza". I think we are done with Pizza Hut.

Terrible! The order process online was difficult. To put in a coupon code you had to put in the order first. By doing that and then going back to finish the order I had 2 pizza's listed. I deleted the wrong one so I got the crust I didn't want. The delivery driver showed up grumpy. He made no eye contact and grunted his replies. The bill had a $3.99 delivery charge that does not go to the driver. Plus you have to add in the tip. Our $18.99 pizza and wing special cost us $25.88. The wings were totally unimpressive. I would have liked the choice between bone-in or bone-out, as I like crispy wings! The pizza had VERY little marinara on it, and what was there was glopped in different areas. The add-on Buttery Garlic Crust was equally unimpressive. The only way we could tell there was anything on the crust was by visually seeing the green and licking our fingers after touching the crust. The pizza was a bland disappointment. Worst Pizza Hut EVER! They used to be good.

The staff is rude and make you wait. They got my order wrong. I asked to have it replaced and they said I'd be charged again. I love Pizza Hut but this place made pizza huts company look horrible.

If this isn't the worst pizza place idk where else is. Breadsticks, hard as a rock. Wings, weren't even fully coated in sauce. Pizza, what happened to the greasy pizza I remember?!?

Just got a delivery from this Pizza Hut and the order was completely wrong the pizza didn't even have the right crust of the pizza didn't have the right toppings tasted OK but I would like my ride order probably won't buy no more pizza for a while wouldn't recommend

We ordered pizza from this location a couple of weeks ago and didnt recieve our order for 50 minutes on a 20-25 minute promise. 55.00 dollars later not including the 10.00 tip ( dont shoot the messenger) we got cold, over baked pizza with very little cheese or toppings. I let it ride and put it down to a one off. To my surprise I received a free pizza email for my troubles. At this point I was encouraged enough to try again this evening. Total disaster! After having to call (after I placed my order on line) because the free coupon wouldn't work they failed again. The manager on duty would not speak to me to hear me out, she directed the order taker to "just give her pizza". Fine, unprofessional, but fine, I thanked the poor kid for his efforts and was guaranteed that the pizza would be added to my delivery. Which came 15 past the time quoted with out the free pizza! Cold under cooked, no toppings, no cheese. The pasta was cold and crunchy. Manager called me and belligerently told me I agreed to carry out on the one pizza. Urgh! Stay away! 100.00 in with 5 hungry kid to feed.
My last experience here was the last straw. I decided to come in since it was a "four hour delivery time", it was snowy so that sounds legit I guess. I Ordered two large pizzas and it took an hour to make. At about 40min in they told me pizzas had over lapped so they need to remake a pizza, so I waited like an idiot only to come home to a wrong pizza. Why didn't I check at the store? Because I was tired for waiting an hour more. They also threw a plastic container of bell peppers because they forgot to put it on the pizza I've given this place many chances since it's just around the corner and Sometimes you want a fast average pizza. My expectation for Pizza Hut ain't high by any means but this place truly and consistently the worst.

Lucky to even get 1 star. What a bad customer service food chain restaurant. Seriously 5 minutes away from them and they wouldn't deliver. You have got to be kidding. And what's with the ridiculously long waits for just wings? Hour to hour an a half wait? No thanks. Dominos for the win. At least they have better customer service and will deliver even if you're 10-15 minutes away.

I'm not sure what's going on but when we called for delivery they said this store was really backed up and there were no deliveries. Ok I'll pick up. I show up and there's a ton of people already in the small lobby w no one paying attention to the counter. We finally get someone's attention and can hear what seems to be the manager or someone freaking out in the back. She's overwhelmed and literally in panic mode. We can hear her in the front saying to shut down and she's closing because they're understaffed - she's cussing and just freaking out. I kinda feel bad for the lady but at the same time calm down- deep breath.

WOW 50% off i even choose carry out so i know it WOULD be hot when i got home and it still sucked it was over cooked .THERE was only one PERSON making pizza's with a note on the counter. Stating the same ...im 8 mins from home and the pizza looked like it had been riding around for am hr....very sad experience..
