I just placed a call to this location because I was going to order lunch through door dash. Upon looking at the menu on said app and the website the soups for the day did not match. The female who answered the phone was extremely rude and yelled the soups they had on hand for the day at me. Safe to say that I will not be ordering from them anytime soon.

The broccoli cheese soup tasted like broccoli and water and like it had been cooking for days. I would not recommend it to anyone. The employees had about 10 people waiting on orders while they say there making to go orders and just stacked them while we all waited at least 20 minutes. I wish it were better 5 minutes from work and convenient but not worth it at all.

I order this place alot through doordash... it is AMAZING! I've never once had issue with my order and it's always tasty. I keep telling myself I need to go in and order personally one of these days just to let them know how much I love their food. From the soup to the salad and the sandwich in-between... always Great!

My husband loved his lobster bisque, but I bought three different soups and to me, They all tasted so much the same. Looking at their ingredient list they’re not necessarily all the nicest ingredients but they are a chain restaurant so I’m sure it helps them have consistency across states. I wish they had wonderful soups that didn’t have so much junk in them. The salads looked so beautiful and fresh, and had absolutely no taste. How does that happen? Really how can something look good and taste like nothing and it was four of us That felt the very same way. We eat out often and love good food. Maybe you can somehow fix the problems with your salads because the idea of good sandwiches soups and salads are always needed. We would love to try you again with better results — a foodie from Gunnison & Denver

Had a California Chicken sandwich and Italian Bean soup. Neither were good-- sandwich ingredients were overly soft/overcooked and the soup had about two beans in it. Cafeteria vibe inside was Ok, but not what I'd consider nice. It's like coffee shop food without the good coffee. I heard someone describe it as "The kind of food that gives you 1HP of we lived in a video game." Overall skip it.

ordered 2 chicken noodle soups to go, they should call it wet noodles with bits of chicken. need to portion out better. pic shows noodles to the top after i added 12 oz of water. maybe Zoup is code for “Dupe of soup”?

Stood at the order pickup for several minutes while my food sat on the counter getting cold, every single employee ignored the customers and one loudly complained about how busy they were - literally all they had to do was turn around and face the customers

Food was great, service was great. Leadership shown by the manager was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Hearing the manager yell at employees while dining area was full of customers was definitely not a welcoming/comforting environment. I can only hope that managers are trained to speak to employees in a professional and respecting matter. If correction/ guidance is required managers should do it in a private and professional environment and not in front of employees or customers.

Always like to try local or at least dinning options not available at home. The three soups I sampled were amazing. I went with the lobster bisque and it did not disappoint. The bread was fresh, crusty on the outside soft on the inside. This place puts my local Panera's to shame. The staff was outgoing, friendly and willing to offer some recommendations for a first time customer. The only thing holding back that elusive fifth star is that the tables were a bit unkempt. I was here at 2PM after the weekday lunch rush and feel that staff could do a better job on the tables. The only thing

We do a lot of catering for work, so I am always for a new find. In the fall and winter, soup and sandwiches are a big win amongst the employees. We recently order from Zoup. We ordered their Chili Tureen. It was a spicy, hearty chili. Absolutely delicious. I would go back again just for the chili. We also ordered sandwiches. I had the ham and maple bacon. It was a lot bread for the sandwich. Although the bread was fresh and fluffy. It was a decent sandwich, but the bacon was more of a crumble and I would have prefered strips of bacon instead. This is a great spot if you love soup and sandwiches.
