chicken was gross and some of the worst i’ve had from anywhere, imagine frozen chicken from the store but worse, atmosphere was great and so was service so props for that (these things are in control of the shop itself, while the chicken thing is due to wherever the owner of the chain wants to cut costs)

We’ve been coming here about once a week for a year now. I’ve never felt as uncomfortable in any restaurant as I felt today. When we walked in, only employees were inside. A guy in the back yelled “you can’t come in here, you aren’t welcome”, but the girl at the register was friendly and took our order. Then the guy yelled “we have a new spice called cyanide we put on everything.” We should have left, but I froze. We won’t be coming back without some action, even though the sandwiches are better than Snarfs or Subway.

We did takeout so can’t comment on atmosphere but it seemed fun. Food was tasty but there was very little meat on the sandwiches. I got a chicken sub and there were 2 small pieces of chicken on each 1/2. Husband got something with ham and same thing…very little meat. For $28 for 2 sandwiches I expected more.

Summit County needs this place. I ordered my food at 6:00pm last night. Forgot about it and didn’t pick it up until 9:00pm. 100% my fault… Yet, they apologized to me!!!Good food, fun atmosphere, and phenomenal service. If you find better in Summit, let us know!
