Odd encounter. Had reservation at 7pm. Seated by a team of (3) hosts/hostesses to a mostly empty dining room with 1 bartender working. Then, meanwhile-- service to our table was crickets. No real explanation or anyone checking in, just crickets. We moved on to another option for food. Not sure how to explain that one. The dining room is gorgeous, meanwhile. And I've been there before where I sat at the bar and had a pretty good lunch.

First time here, for Anniversary dinner. Great and attentive service, outstanding food, a delightful evening! We started with the Grilled Caesar (large plate and split it, and for entrees had the Tournedos of Beef and the Fried Chicken. The salad was so fresh, and unique...just the correct amount of char, topped with a wonderfully crafted dressing. The beef melted in your mouth, and the wonderfully complex gravy was a winner. The chicken was made from 2 boneless breasts, and was like no other we have tasted. So tender, and no hint of grease. The Yukon potatoes...wow. Even that grilled Brussel sprout on the plate made a "statement". The cheesecake was huge and in the "best we ever had" category, and like our dinner totally shareable. The fact that the view and atmosphere are so totally "Durango", sort of was the topper. Come here

Yesterday I had lunch at Alce' and I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the food was delicious. Over the last year I felt like the food was lack luster, but this time it was great! Haley, our server, was professional, friendly and took extra good care of us. I also appreciated that they had tightened up on their Covid 19 requirements and I felt safe and comfortable dining with them.

Best food on this side of town by far!!! Try the osu bocu (sp?) or any of the homemade pastas!!!

We arrived mid week for dinner at 7:15 PM, sitting down to be the only patrons in the restaurant. The waitress was nice enough, but took forever to get drinks and, not her fault, the food took forever to arrive. When it did at least two of the four dishes were lukewarm, clearly one of the dishes held everybody up. Food was good, but not great. Price is a little high. For us that's three strikes...Food, service, price.

Always enjoy the food here. New menu rolled out for the off season and the first round was delicious! Highly suggest the Italian sausage egg rolls, elk lasagna was great, and the clam and mussels pasta was tasty as well. Excited to try the other dishes and checkout the Sunday brunch tomorrow! Staff is friendly and beautiful view as you stuff your face with deliciousness.

Holy cow this seriously might be the best steak I have ever had. Better than Ruth Kris and Mortons steakhouse at a fraction of the price. I dont know if they marinate the steak or what they did but it was so tender it almost melts like butter in your mouth. It was juicy with the perfect blend of spices and the sides were paired very well. I am in a wheelchair and it's totally handicapped accesible and service was top notch. I rarely write reviews, especially 5 star reviews but this place deserves 6 stars. Thank you for an awesome memorable dining g experience.
