Seated quickly. Server was prompt, friendly, and had a sense of humor. Exactly what was needed for tired travelers. I had blackened salmon with steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes which I must admit was better than I expected. Wife had chicken tortilla soup which was average.

Went for the all you can eat ribs, chicken and shrimp for $14.99. No shrimp and no discount because of it. My sister had her heart set on shrimp for her birthday and was soooo disappointed. She came all the way from Springerville, Arizona to celebrate the occasion. Colt was very personable, friendly and welcoming. Food was just so so.

The place was empty but 2 tables when we walked in got told it was a 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting 30 minutes then got up and left after 5-6 more groups came in and getting told 30 to 40 minute waits. By that time there was no tables taken.
