CJ was absolutely incredible. He was super friendly and conversational. He remembered our names, chatted with us, and checked in with us several times. I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Food was great and decently priced.

There is a special trait for anyone who works in a hotel restaurant and Jen embodied all of that. After many many hours of driving she was a breath of fresh air in conversation, stories, and listening to us. The food here was very good and the Burger was excellent. The drinks were cold but Jen is the one who needs to be cloned across the world in terms of hospitality

My family and I were staying at the hotel so we came down for dinner. We were seated right away. The server/ bartender CJ was absolutely awesome! Very personable and super efficient. Great place to hang. It was very obvious that he is a people person and was genuine with everyone. The food was amazing!! Big, delicious burgers with fresh ingredients. The fries are awesome too! Definitely give this place a chance!

Food was alright, service wasn’t great - server made you feel like it was an inconvenience to her to be dining in, people would come in and not get greeted and leave. We were staying at holiday inn pretty disappointed was super excited to have a restaurant in the hotel and not have to leave on a cold and snowy night.

We are locals and this used to be our go-to until the last couple of times. The gal working was so rude and inconvenienced by us. The burger was totally raw and sitting in a pile of grease. The cook came out of the kitchen absolutely filthy. We paid our bill, gave a generous tip and will never return.

The burger wasn't cooked to my specifications. I just wanted it at medium. I did build your own burger and they didn't build it right. Forgot my cheese. Charged a dollar per side. I asked for Jalapeño and onions there were barely any on it. The service was subpar. it's expensive for what it is. If I was here and you want simple food it's probably cheaper to go to Applebees. That's what it tasted like. There are much better spots here in Durango to eat. Wouldn't recommend.
My waitress was the sweetest young woman, her name.was.Bella. not only were her recommendations spot on. But her professionalism was remarkable..Much more so than the rude woman at the front desk of the hotel who made us wait twenty minutes while she aefuiedtwitj her boyfriend over the phone..I own am upscale restaurant in Chicago and if she worked at my establishment she would be my GM.. Sociable. Knows how to deal with people ans was extremely knowledgeable about recommendations around town. This young lady could really excell in sales if she has the right team and guidance.. great food, but this girl made our dining experience much more palatable. Thanks again for the food recommendation. Delicious and spot on!

After traveling for 24 hours, this was the best food I could have dreamed of! The waitresses were fantastic. There is a very nice relaxing atmosphere. Andrew the cook was all by himself and he out did himself! Phenomenal! We are here for a week and will be coming back!
