Placed an order, waited almost 3 hours! Called the store to cancel the order and they said it was delivered and complete. I stated it wasn't hence the reason I was calling. I explained that I watched my order online progress the whole time and I honestly felt disrespected. They left hungry customers hanging with no call, txt, or excuse. I really hope they improve, it could be a long while before I do business with them again

Repeatedly placed orders and then receive a call 10-20 minutes later to be informed it can’t be delivered. Pizzas are routinely undercooked and poorly made. Staff has a clear “I don’t care” attitude.

3 hours and still no delivery! No phone call or any communication. I called to finally cancel my order and was simply told they only had 1 driver working. I understand staffing is hard, but don’t leave hungry customers waiting for hours. Totally unacceptable.

Placed an online order. Watch the website update our order for 40 minutes saying our food was made and ready for delivery, and then was cancelled on us. Turns out they never made the food, the manager instructed cooks to send all delivery orders through the system as if it was being made and then cancel those orders afterwards as a remedy to them being backed up. When I offered to pick up my order instead they told me it would be another hour and a half as they would put me in back of the line. They should have canceled the order the second they knew they couldn’t fill it, not pretend to make it and allow me to get updates that it was being made. Very unprofessional.

Absolute trash service and food at 1485 Florida Rd Bldg A Suite 101... but that's not surprising... I have placed 3 delivery orders and had to cancel all after 180 min delivery time that were not close to being prepped within that window

Let's give them some time to get their groove back. My last two times have not been consistent with my previous experiences. They have always provided consistent service and pizzas when I would order them for my employees. I don't like to write negative reviews but lately they seemed to be struggling to get things right. My last experience was receiving a overcooked and cold pizza. The replacement they made was at least warm but a different crust then originally ordered and burned like the first. I appreciate the effort to remake my pizza but make what I ordered.

Ordered extra sauce and got no sauce at all. Wings were trash and has one drop of sauce. Dumb.
