Wait staff was very rude!We were talking and laughing with friends and they decided that one of our friends was drunk (she was not!) so they refused to serve her. When asked the reason they couldn't give one. The food was extremely overpriced and was not very good. We will never go here again and will tell everyone we know about our experience.

Sit in the lounge! Great service and atmosphere. Had a nice bottle of wine with the Mrs. and a great meal. Wings, chicken sandwich and Caesar with Steak.

This lounge is situated inside the doubletree by Hilton hotel and the location is ideal as it has the Tesla destination charger in the complex, walking distance from downtown and if it's too cold for you like it was for me today you can just come here and grab a beer and wait till your car gets charged. Beer is reasonably priced. They have a couple of board games here aswell so a pretty decent place overall.

I WISH I could leave a negative review. This place was absolutely the most awful place I’ve ever been to. Firstly, the atmosphere is extremely outdated. It felt like I was breathing in old mold and sat down next to some not so friendly older people staring us down. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a fun, lively environment. My boyfriend and I came in around 6 PM. It was a little crowded, totally don’t judge them for being busy. I know how food service can be. BUT, the waitress and waiter were probably one of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever met. Never sat us down, waited 20 minutes for someone to come up to us and just put some water on the table without asking us if we wanted anything else, the waitress ended up coming up to us and asked if we were ready to order but we hadn’t even received our menus yet. I kindly told her we haven’t gotten our menus yet, and I kid you not she waved me off. I was honestly so frustrated I ended up leaving. Please, do not come to this restaurant. I’m not kidding when I say we ended up going to Dennys and getting the best service ever, and it’s right across the street.

The worst service I've ever had hands down. I would never recommend coming to this restaurant when the Dennys across the street was cheaper, and have better service.

I am a Flight Attendant and every time that I find myself with a long overnight in Chihuahua, I am filled with such HAPPY anticipation! This restaurant and bar is my FAVORITE place to visit.....great food, fantastic drinks, and quite possibly they offer the very BEST Guacamole on the planet! The staff is beyond AMAZING, very professional and welcoming!

We wanted a light dinner after a long drive in to the hotel & didn't feel motivated to go out in the cold & snow to get dinner. Front desk agent gave us recommendations for dinner places including the one on site whom he personally vouched for. We ate at the lounge & had a couple of appetizers & a cocktail. Very generous portions & very tasty! The grilled chicken wings were delicious, had a good smoke flavor. Only critique would be that I like my wings a little more cooked with more char to it. The pretzel& queso dip also a winner. Huge pretzel ( enough for 4 reasonable snack portions), lighter airier texture than usual & very nice flaky crunchy crust. Best I've had so far. Cocktail the bartender made was just right. Food came out pretty quickly. Our attempt at having a light dinner with just 2 appetizers turned out to be a lot more food than we expected but it was all good so we're not complaining.
