I ate here several months ago and wasn’t very impressed and decided to eat there today, as I normally give a place several opportunities before I leave a review. I walked from my house on 6th Ave with my pups because they have an outdoor area and wanted to kill two birds with one stone. When I got there I noticed they had “no dogs”signs up? So I decided that this isn’t the family friendly place they seem to be and did not buy anything. I walked down to GRASSBURGER and ate there as they allow dogs in the outdoor area. I will not be giving any business to this restaurant.

This is a real find in Durango! An unpretentious, old school, small town vibe, burger place; near downtown. They have a walk up order counter and pick up window. The menu isn't gigantic but they focus on quality burgers, fries, onion rings and hot dogs. I highly recommend the green chili cheeseburger. The onion rings are hand-dipped and deep fried per request! Very friendly staff and a quick kitchen. They do have tables and outdoor seating, but space is limited.Dietary restrictions: They are very up front and willing to accommodate nearly any dietary restriction.

One of the first places I ever ate when I moved to Durango and it has remained a favorite/staple! Amazing burgers, the BEST fries and fry sauce you will ever have. The food is consistently good quality and all the employees are awesome! Literally one of the best restaurants, not just in Durango, just in general. My favorite burger place for sure!
