Completely disappointed today, this afternoon during lunch time I went into get a sandwich. Prices went up since the last time it's been a while so that makes sense. But 9$ for a veggie sandwich. If I'm going to pay that much it should be made Appropriately I know how much vegetables cost. I was a manager at a fast food location. My veggie sandwich had literally a pinch of lettuce. You're kidding me right. The guy behind the counter was nice. But what really annoyed me also is When you pay with a card, you're forced to tip. Why should I have to tip When I didn't even get good service. Wild.

Called at 6:35 to for a takeout order. Posting this at 6:45 after calling a second time and being told they not taking orders. Savannah told me they close at 7. I was going to order anyway because it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Halfway through my order phone call disconnects. I understand wanting to close on time but i don't think 2 sandwiches would have changed that. You took a job, you know what you signed up for. Terrible customer service, will spread the word

The lady who was there was so nice that I would go back just for her. She’s so friendly, helpful, patient, and accommodating. Food was good enough, but she was the highlight.
Freshness on the cold cuts is hit or miss (especially roast beef and turkey) and the employees making the sandwiches always looked pissed off. This place is hit or miss

Delivery driver took my order to the wrong place, I called and the person I spoke to was very nice and remade my order for him to redeliver. When he dropped it off, he threw the bag on the front desk at my office and didn’t even confirm it was the right place or say anything to anyone, he just left. I’m not surprised the first order went to the wrong place if that’s how he does it! To be clear, my issue is not with the food or Jimmy Johns as a whole- but this delivery driver is awful.

Was in a pinch for food, they couldn't deliver pizza to our motel but Jimmy John's saved the day and delivered to our room in 10 minutesHats off to the Durango crew, thank you very much.

The staff here treats their customers with incredible rudeness. While I was here, the man making my sandwich was screaming curse words at the top of his lungs at one of his co workers in the back. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior. Myself and everyone else in the store where flabbergasted at this ridiculous behavior. I HIGHLY suggest that you avoid this TERRIBLE establishment and just go to Subway.

I got a giant number 7. And I saw all the freebies I started naming them off and the young lady that was taking my order was new. And the guy behind her with a beanie on started getting rude and said that doesn't go with it it comes with it so therefore my order was messed up on the condiments and it just seemed like he had an attitude with me. I asked him for his name and he asked me why. I said oh I write reviews for places I visit to eat. I said with a $17 sandwich you would expect that if you ask for particular items such as pickles it would be included. I noticed how he acted when I asked if I could get yellow mustard and he goes we do not have yellow mustard those are the packets right there. So customer service at a $17 sandwich. I'm sure some of those coins went to his wage. Not impressed for Durango. Didn't share his name,
