Food was meh...no flavor...fajitas didn't come with any sour cream, pico, and guac was extra. My daughter had some the most flavorless tamales I've ever encountered..

I’ve had hit or miss customer service here, but the food and serving sizes are good. Usually a short wait. Hands down best place in town for fast Mexican food.

Typical Old Mexico Cuisine, salsa and chips was tomatoes, onion , cilantro chopped over chips? Meal served in foil cake pans? Wouldn't fit in the trash bin. Meal was combo but did not include drink? What was the combo?

The "California Burrito was missing the sour cream and guacamole, otherwise just call it Picadillo Burrito, the the flour tortilla is the closest one to the authentic ones. The service could be better.

My mom and I came in for some tacos! 2 Shredded beef 1 carna asada. We were highly disappointed. The Shredded beef taco shells were so hard and over cooked, it was packed with lettuce and cheese and there was one spoonful of meat in the middle. Out of the whole taco only 2 bites had meat in it. The carna asada taco looked better and was filled with meat pico and guaco but the meat wasn't Flavored. The guac was watery and also lacked flavor. I use to come here all the time when I worked a block away. This was not the food I remembered and was extremely disappointed that I brought my mom to try it.

Took a while to get our food. Standard Mexican cuisine. Decently priced.

I’m done with this place for good!! I’m not a big fan of pico so I always ask for my burritos with no pico and add cheese and guacamole. They act offended when I ask for no pico. I have to pay for extra for the cheese add-in which is ok but the last couple times I’ve paid for the cheese and didn’t get any! The last time I order a carne asada burrito the asada was like jerky and it was burned. Because I order no pico they insist on slathering on the guacamole and it just ruins the whole thing. What made my decision to give up on this place was, the breakfast burrito I order. The tortilla was old because it fell apart. The bacon and the potatoes weren’t cooked, AND the potatoes were BLACK!! it grossed me out! I won’t be doing business here again! *this is at the South location*

I placed an order some time ago back in fall or winter 2019, and it was around this time that I stopped going back. The cashier/semi food-runner audibly scowled at my finalized and signed receipt, because I didn't leave a tip. But at this venue you have to get your own drink, you have to take your order to your table (to the best of my memory anyway), and you have to fill your own salsa bar options for yourself, which is courtesy with purchase and I don't mind, and I like this option. However, basically aside from paying just for the food, you are serving yourself, right? it's not too different from fast food venues. So when I was smart enough to know not tip, because I'm not getting waited on for my entire stay at my table by any server, I really resented the desperate greediness of the cashier/semi food-runner being projected onto me as something I should be ashamed of. I don't know what his wage is, and I don't need to worry about it. As a customer I need an easy going experience that I don't have to worry or over think about, and charity tipping is defiantly not something I need on my plate. I've also experienced similar snobbiness from their North location, and it seems it's a problem with management. Either they are semi-intentionally fueling this behavior and condoning it or they just don't know some of their employees have bratty attitudes about how to treat customers. I did, however, have a few good experiences back in 2018 visiting with a friend. So I will put this review at 2 stars, otherwise, I'd put it at 1, and North location is definitely getting a 1 star review to go alongside this one.

Best burrito in the Durango area

I've eaten here since this location opened and always enjoyed it, the last few trips have gone downhill till they hit rock bottom. Ordered a shredded beef burrito and there was ABSOLUTELY no beef whatsoever in the burrito, the little bit of meat in the burrito was definitely not beef. I've had most all farm meat, and wild game, the closest I could guess is goat, but there wasn't enough to try cause it was 99% vegetables. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you're after a veggie burrito, or mystery meat.

Thaw out your food before you put it in the microwave so it's not cold in the middle when you serve it.

Location was unexpectedly closed, with a sign on the door that it was due to staffing shortages. “Staffing shortages” are a dirty euphemism for not offering enough money to potential workers to incentivize them. It’s just that simple. Also, this business could have left a message on their voicemail stating that they were closed, like many businesses have done, but instead I wasted my time driving out here only to find that it was closed.

Food was good, with a nice patio! It made for a great food stop to relax for a bit.
