They are absolutely terrible with order accuracy and the fry oil tastes old.We ordered breakfast today haven't been in in 5 months because they fouled up last time. Same exact thing today we were missing items we got over chatged for extra items we did not order. Over all continuously and ongoing bad experience with this franchise in durango colorado.

Every time I come to this McDonald's.I get the worst treatment.Half of the staff Doesn't know what they're doing. They allow other customers to ring They're orders up under your account. And then when I want to be treated fairly and correctly.I'm the bad guy.

This McDonald's needs a lot of work. The food sucks. I tried to give them another try, but the burger was cold, it tasted like old grease. The breakfast sandwich tastes the same. This has happened multiple times, I don't know why I thought today would be different. I ordered a mcgriddle and got an English muffin top with a mcgriddle bottom.I have to make sure to check everything because they are notorious for throwing anything in the bag. I have gotten things I've never ordered in the drive thru.Going through the drive thru is risky, you hear personal conversations, gossip amongst the workers while you're trying to order. I do not recommend going here for anything other than a coke.Dietary restrictions: If you ask to change anything on the Menu, make sure to check your bag.. they'll usually just give you anything other than what you ordered.

I've been to McDonald's all over the country and this one is by far the worst location. The computer kiosks are disgusting and I'm not going to touch them. Especially before eating. So unsanitary. Plus I couldn't get it to work nor would any employees help me. I tried getting them to help and they just ignored me. I can't even order my food from the front. what's the point of going to a restaurant if someone can't take your order? I stood at the front desk waiting for help and then employees just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Just go somewhere else. The atmosphere was very uninviting most employees look like they didn't even want to be there. I remember when this location was actually good and they greet you with a smile and a hello. You should just put robots in there at least I get better service.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible

This is a very busy but super slow restaurant. The waitting for your order is a challenge. . I waitted 40min for 20 piece of nuggets only. 40 min for nuggets. Snails are the ones that work at this place.
