I had a pickup order and sent my wife to pick it up. She picked up the order and when she got home I noticed the order was missing a couple items. When I called I was told since I ordered online it my fault and I would have to come pick up the missing items. Terrible customer service from the manager.

More than three times they messed up on my order and gave me something else me and my lady always order cheesy Alfredo pasta yet they can’t seem to get it right and gave me two small pizza. Check your food before leaving the workers that work the evening shift tent to mess up on orders won’t be back. Mangers please train your employees right

If you like peppers or parmesan, forget it. Not once have I ever been able to obtain them. Even paying extra. 28$ for a medium vegetarian pizza tgat looked like it was run over by a truck. Staff was very nice, but unhelpful in getting parmasean or peppers. Pretty ridiculous it's such an expensive item they won't give you any. No good pizza w/out those.

Any high volume pizza joint is going to have an issue here or there. 10 years living here and this particular branch has always taken care of me. Prompt and respectful staff, clean establishment, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my order, and on top of everything else the manager did in response, what really stuck with me after thanking them for remaking the pie, was him saying “thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.” The effort these guys put in is not something you see everywhere. 10/10 for customer service.

Had to call my order in as online wasn't working. Lady on the other end of the phone followed the script beautifully. $40 for wings and cheese pizza, plus delivery. Bonus pizza was on the burnt side. Delivery guy was cool.
Pizza Hut in Durango won’t give me the franchisees number and won’t pay me anyone have any advice on how to go about this report them?? They took me off schedule after askin a really personally question and I don’t answer how he wanted to GM then said I quit when I didn’t they asked me to leave my shirts so I wouldn’t lose them due to walking and not haveing transportation any help be great thanks

Where are the toppings? Extra Cheese is NOT double cheese.Extra sauce means that you might be able to see it but you're not likely to taste it.If the liner is not put in between the pizza and the box, your leftovers will taste like cardboards.If you have issues, the only one that'll take time to year your issue is the long haired manager. What happened to the old guy that had worked there for ever??? Raymond? Some older guy and his name started with an R? He was great from the old location to the new

Pizza is okay. But there is a $5 delivery fee. That is completely outrageous, and I won't be ordering from them again.
