I was the biggest fool to on April 1...We order for 3 people to get the absolutely worst food sonic has to offer.. Management or owner ship has ran the best hamburger joint into the worst place to eat in the 4 corners..Never get a Chilli dog

This store is pathetic. Waited in drive thru line for 15 mins to be told at the menu screen “we’re not taking any new orders right now, we’re backed up working on the ones we have right now”. They weren’t even busy, never in my life have I experienced this, they just don’t want to work. If I was the owner I would be livid.

Legit one of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been to. The food is always stale and old, the drinks are awful, if you order extra of anything in your drink you get less than normal, and the service is HORRENDOUS. Never one single time have they gotten my in person or app order correct. Ridiculous.

I had a family member apply for a job here. He was told to show up for a job interview at a specific time and they weren’t ready to interview him eventually someone came to talk to him and basically hired him on the spot without a resume and asked little to no questions about the person they were about to employ. They then told him to show up two days later to fill out paper work when he showed up they claimed there WiFi wasn’t working and therefore couldn’t do his paperwork. He continued to try to contact them to see when he could come in next and received no response. He message them two more times after that asking if they still were gonna give him the position and still no response. So if this place seems to want the help that they have been advertising like crazy about maybe they should contact and put in effort to get employees. Not surprised though this is how most fast food places operate then wonder why their overturn rate is so high.

Sonic in Durango has gone downhill quickly. The card readers usually do not work there, and when the employee couldn't get my card to go through (AGAIN), he threw my food and drinks and me. It's not my fault that they're short staffed and it's not my fault that they can't figure out how to get their card reader to work.

The food sucks. The chicken strip basket used to be my favorite, but now it's always dry and burnt. Went recently and got corns... a total waist of money. So dry and over cooked wecouldn't eat them.

Awesome, fast, friendly, employes know what the customer basic needs w/ ordering making the visit all around a great experience all of the time no need 4:waiting around 4 none sense cuz they 4got napkins like most fast- food/drive-thru dining . Sonic is the real thing when it comes 2 fast-food/drive-thru choice of eats. All other fast-food joints should copy n paste the way its done @ sonic nd apply it 2 thier place of work! I bet thier reviews will improve instantly n very much improve. Thier no such thing as 100% / Perfect but thier is very close that is hard 2 find. Think simple pay attention, try 2 have patience w/ difficult situations, I know it's hard 4 most but B KIND, SMILE, its contagious, love ur position nd n e repeat customers will instantly have a smile nd b kind right back 2 U during the next visit ! Why? Cuz from my experience w/ my sonic experience that 1 employee kindness n smile put a smile on my face n changed my negative mindset 2 b positive I followed suit n treated others the same thinking what a different world it could b if everyone tried 2 b nice 2 others n all employees were as kind as the young lady @ sonic. Thanks 2 the young lady @sonic Im not going 2 let that grouchy older employee'S rudeness ruin my day n e more. Nobody will have nothing nice 2 say about those miserable employees or place of businesses, taking out thier issues on paying customers SONIC KNOWS HOW 2 REPREASENT!!!!

If you're thinking of going to this location you're better off going ANYWHERE else. Every single time I go to this sonic they mess my order up, either forgetting items completely, or giving me the wrong items. They messed up once again today and when I went back the manager just gave me a blank stare and said "I dunno". On top of that the food quality has gone significantly downhill. This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to and I will never go back. I would rate it 0 stars if possible.
