Friendly staff. Food was delicious. Good selection of beer. They do have a kids menu and location is super close to train station and in middle of downtown. Able to walk to tons of stores to shop and across from candy store.
Quick stop for us after a long day of travel. Know before you go, the portions are extremely small. The tacos are street tacos, with no sides. The switchback fries were super tasty. If you have hungry kids choose somewhere else unless you plan on ordering seconds, like we had to. The waitress actually asked us how the food was and if we needed seconds. I think they are used to that.

Short girl with her hair half up half down that was at the front register was so incredibly rude and passive aggressive. our food came out with the absolute bare minimum of effort and ingredients. never going back bc of her.

Great service from our waiter who clearly didn't skip arm day. Drinks were pretty solid as well, loved the spicy mezcal Marg. The house blood orange Marg was a bit sweet. Switchback fries were WAY to salty, although decent flavor. Guac was great.

Food was great, but I discovered a week later upon checking my credit card payments that my server must have edited the receipt. We had ordered around $45 worth of food and drinks, and because we had a bunch of friends come in towards the end who didn't order anything, I left a $15 tip to make up for it. Lo and behold, my card was charged $90, not $60. This happened up in Purgatory as well, be sure to keep receipts and check your charges after visiting the Durango area!

This place is awesome. We go here all of the time when we are in Durango. Reliable service, good food, good drinks. They have vegan options which I really really appreciate as a vegan in SW CO. Highly recommend the switchback fries - will be enjoyed by vegans and carnists alike.
