I was waiting in the the line for at least thirty minutes and as soon as I pulled up to the window they messed up my order than proceeded to sit on their phones instead of handing me my food. We ordered a taco with no lettuce due to an allergy and it had lettuce along with missing forks and rice. Will not be returning.

Online it says they open at 8am, I've gone three seperate times in the last couple weeks after 830 and they either say they're "not ready" or simply ignore me. Bad service and rude staff.

Horrible customer service. I used to go here often but they have gotten so lazy lately. Cant even get a 4 item order correct. Definitely needs new management or at least some more focused management to help this place run. Cant even melt the cheese in a cheesey roll up. What a group of lazy people. Update: just received a beefy 5 layer burrito...with no beef. Employees just on their phones and taking turns running to the back to do drugs. Just all so high and lazy, terrible management, they should all be fired and start over.

Lobby closed so had to walk thru the drive thru to pickup order..... Lobby hours where til 9pm I showed up 745 called the store twice before someone answered and was told the lobby was closed tonight..... Was staying at the hotel next door and figured I could walk next door and grab some
