Color coffee is a part of the fabric of the Eagle community. Amazing variety of coffee beans, freshly roasted and always new single origins to try out. We love dropping in to read the newspaper with a cortado, treat our kids to a delicious pastry or have a happy hour drink.

This is the place to be! I can’t believe that I have not reviewed you guys! My daily go to. My coffee date haven. With my wife, with my daughter, with my adult kids and by myself. I’m never disappointed and today oh boy I am excited to share this one!! I got to have my bacon breakfast sandwich on fresh from the oven sourdough. AmAaaaaZing!! One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have indulged itself with. Happy NEW year to me baby!! Come on by. You’ll love the vibe and the food and the coffee.

The only cafe in the area. It holds its own and I love coming here when I'm in the area. Today we came the day before Christmas and this place is buzzing. Tons of seating despite the crowd. Family friendly options and holiday options as well. We ordered the Red Song tea and the peppermint mocha latte. If you ask to dine in they put your beverage in actual cups. Love sipping on a hot drink while watching the snow fall outside. The tea was delicious, slightly sweet. The mocha had no peppermint flavor whatsoever. But the mocha latte as a whole was good. Their pastries were sold at every table, but this time we stuck to the drinks only. They sell wine by the glass, bottles in the back. And also beer on tap. Such a cool place that's bright and airy. Love the feel of this quaint cafe in the middle of the mountains.

Stopped through while in town with my wife and daughter she got a London fog and loved it. My thoughts- great coffee! I am picky, but not in a nutty way, cool modern vibe, really friendly staff. We’ll be back for sure when in town! Also the ham and cheese croissant was delicious light and flaky and buttery with a good amount of ham and cheese. Many places have too heavy dense croissants. This one was perfect!Parking: Easy plentiful street parkingKid-friendliness: My daughter is 1 years old at the time of writing this and they were so sweet and nice to her. So I’d say kid friendly if your kid has manners and/or you actually parent and don’t let your kid run completely run around annoying everyone. It’s a coffee shop not a playground after all.

The avocado toast is so good - definitely my favorite!

Drove 30 mins to support a local coffee shop only to experience a very below average latte. Service was lacking and the baristas completely blew off our order once we had chosen our drinks. The iced honey latte we ordered did not have any honey in it (or didn't taste like it did) so I asked them to add some. They offered to remake it and did, only for it to taste basically the same. Coffees were okay, specialty lattes were expensive ($7), but the ambiance was decent.

I think this is the best coffee in the valley. I recommend the spot for any coffee lover. Friendly staff, and good service, and a nice clean environment.

Cute place. They don’t have alot of crazy lattes but what they have they seem to make very well! We had the vanilla latte and an Ethiopian drip coffee - all in a real mug which makes all the difference!

While in Eagle visited coffee shop twice. The whole concept is of this coffee shop is healthy sustainable products. The coffee is good. The food is all healthy including vegan items. I had two sandwiches both had condiments that I do not normally eat, but they both were good.

SO expensive. Most of the staff is not certain about what they are doing. The coffee is great! Food is good. Price is nuts.

I visited Color Coffee Roasters a while ago during a road trip. I heard of the roaster from a coffee shop in LA and was excited to check it out. The roasting area is right inside the cafe and that is nice.I ordered a cappuccino, a scone, and a burrito, while I found the coffee and food to be decent, the service was a bit lackluster. The overall vibe was nice and relaxing, there were plenty of seats both inside and outside, with a beautiful mountain view.
