Just stopped in for a quick bite to eat and coffee when driving between Grand Junction and Denver. It was a very pleasant, tasty and friendly experience. Reasonable prices, great selection, tasty food, good coffee. They even gave my kids a tiny cup of whipped cream while we waited. Not all mountain coffee shops are family friendly but this one certainly was. We will be stopping again!

After staying in a treacherous hotel, this was much needed. The service was amazing, I am not sure who our server was but he was great! He recommended the snickers, his favorite, and it was so good! We also got the Grasshopper, The Pink Panther, and The Bomb. Took maybe 10 min max but there were so many people in there. I would go back to the Red Canyon Cafe everyday if I could!Dietary restrictions: Had plenty of dairy options!

I live in Vail and every time I have to go do something in Eagle I make sure I stop here.I always get the raspberry coffee and ask to have it with dark chocolate, it is so good, I always get the chicken sandwich on a ciabatta, the service is the best

We had the Valley Vegan on French whole wheat! It was delicious!! The type of sandwich you crave!

A little pricey but always tasty and staff is always friendly. My go to is the power pellet breakfast sandwich add avocado. Tasty! My iced Americano was delicious as well.

Stopped here on the way to a Breck from the airport. Small location with a few seats, indoor and plenty outside and lots of options for breakfast lunch including sandwiches and salads. I ordered a Grilled chicken salad with cranberries, pecans, onions, tomatoes, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Pretty good!

One of those classic spots that are consistently kind and helpful and friendly while providing beyond delicious food! A sandwich that has tons of flavor without solely relying on cheese is important to me and not an easy thing to master! I’ve been coming here for 10 years and they’re the best! Thanks Red Canyon!!Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten and lactose intolerant and this spot still has phenomenal tasting food minus those items
