My wife’s pumpkin soup was good. Pork belly was delicious. My duck was good. The “risotto” was heavily over seasoned, squash was raw, the rice was raw with water in the bowl. When we commented we were told the rice was supposed to be al dente. The menu looked great and overall a good experience but a chef who doesn’t taste their food and take responsibility is never a good look.

Not a fan of the ribs I ordered. They were tough, overly fatty, and had no flavor aside from the barbecue sauce. I had to fight to get them off the bone.With that out of the way:The seasonal sausages were excellent, and the service was wonderful. My companion had the duck, and enjoyed it quite a bit.
Do yourself a favor and give the bartender(s) some freedom to make you awesome drinks of their choice (with your liquor of choice, of course). Great food too! ??

What a wonderful surprise to have the talents of Tony, Jeff and Christina here in our little Eagle town! Finally, a great quality restaurant so I can look forward to going out again. The food was delicious, spot on and not complicated. The ingredients are fresh. the service was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed it. Look forward to going back.
