I will say, the best thing about Cochino’s is the staff and the atmosphere. Great service, we had a new girl (wish we could remember her name) and she was fantastic. My wife and I both really wanted to like this place because it’s local in our neighborhood. We’ve given it a couple tries. The food is really missing something. Fairly bland and just nothing special. Even with ordering some items from the happy hour, we found it to be not worth the price for what we got.I will say whoever does the marketing at this place is a savage and doubled down on making t-shirts for the staff with their one-star reviews. Much respect. For that, we give two stars. However, we kind of agreed with some of the one star reviews so it kind of backfired. Not sure if that was just confirmation bias or what.Anyways, hope they make a few menu changes.

Love this location! Great space and service, not to mention the dog friendly patio. I perfected a drink with my dog’s picture printed on it - so cute!!! I love the shaggy taco and queso dip. Salads are yummy too.
The food is NOT good. I got the carne asada and barbacoa tacos. Might as well go to Torchy’s or any other taco place.

Some tacos were good but all steak tacos in our party were inedibly chewy. Our sides were also not included in our takeout order. It took 10+ minutes to find parking on a Thursday at 6pm so it wasn’t worth going back to get it even though we live 5 min away.

Very disappointing. We were sat down. It took about 10 minutes to get water and told our waitress would be right with us. We noticed people that sat down after us they were being waited on. After 20 minutes of waiting. Total half hour. My wife n I left. Guess we weren't the right color.

The food was a lot better than expected went because of restaurant week I loved there chilie rellenos felt a bit understaffed but food came out quick also the green chillie was very good margaritas are very strong (girlfriend said so) and there burrito was better than expected definitely will go back Thank you all for the delicious food!

Every location Cochino has is nothing short of amazing - well priced, great food and drink deals, and good atmosphere. Way better than some of the overpriced and average taco restaurants in Denver Metro.Love Edgewater because of the easy parking and an easy place to watch sports!

This is located across from Edgewater Public Market. Decent size restaurant. Shares a parking lot with the market. We came here for restaurant week. They had a $25 deal where we had the following: We each got a virgin strawberry mango margarita: this was waaaay too sweet bc the bartender had never made one before We shared two chorizo egg rolls with queso and some other dip. This was extremely tasty! We both got our own entree of two chille rellenos with pork green chile sauce. This was alright! Added valentino to add more flavor. Crunch was good. I'd prob stick with the burrito next time tho. We shared the guava cheesecake dessert. It was very tasty! Great restaurant week emal.
