We come to the Rose for the Food, Drinks and Service. The only problem the rose is the ventialation is poor. When you come home you smell like the kitchen, and often my eyes burn. I would give it a perfect rating if it was not for that....it is not a new problem as we have dined here for the last three years.

This food is awesome!!!!!! It's a small restaurant but don't be fooled that this is small town diner. No! This place is a gem of a find. Explosion of flavor. You can't get enough of the vegetables. They make healthy food taste delicious. One heck of a chef. Staff was great.

Had the ramen and pork belly, both were very good. The ambiance was really nice as well. Good lighting, music, and overall pleasing appearance. The service was solid.

The food here is great, and it is very healthy. The cocktails are incredible. This is why you come to a restaurant.. However, our experience with the staff left something to be desired. We made reservations and we were told that the table was still full after a 2.5 hour visit and having closed out. The staff asked us to wait 10 minutes, and only after some prodding did they request the table to close things up. The waiter did not give very clear instructions on what was included with the tacos. He told us that you could get two, one option per taco, but then those who had ordered it received four- one of each option. We did not see our waiter much during the meal so while many of us would have liked a second cocktail we weren't able to put in an order to do so before the bill arrived. All of this can be fixed with training, so I remain optimistic about The Rose and would like to return in the future.

The Rose has a long list of fantastic cocktails that includes both innovative seasonal drinks and classics such as the Last Word and Boulevardier. I've enjoyed their lamb birra tacos, bahn mi sandwich, ahi tuna bowl, and several orders of avocado fries. Plus the staff are the best!
