Placed a mobile order with a bunch of different ice cream and toppings. Guy in the drive through said they basically don't have a single thing for the entire order. I asked for a refund and the guy tells me he doesn't know how to do that. Offers zero resolution. I left without getting refunded or getting my ice cream. Will never return to either Dunkin or Baskin.

Wish I could give no stars!!! The so called manager "Grace" never does her job, she always claims sheas always out of EVERY ingredient. She doesn't like to get up off her fat behind n do her job obviously because this isn't the first time this has happened it more like the 7th time its also happened to other people. She is Rude, always has an attitude even when she is treated with respect. I suggest not supporting this franchise because their workers don't do their jobs. BEWARE: If you are a delivery driver or a customer let's all pull together an get FIRED !!!! And get someone who does there job she's playing with people's way of making a living that's so not right

Fast service and great customer service. This location is mainly a Dunkin Donuts and a half Baskin robins. Just a heads up if you're looking for ice cream cakes and polar pizzas this location doesn't usually receive the ingredients to make these.

We just got to the Broadway and Yale location 10 minutes to 9 and they were closed, doors locked, looked at us and walked away! My wife is pregnant and all she wanted was a pralines n cream ice cream cone. Not cool. If you advertise that you close at 9 you should have ice cream available until 9. Don't lock the doors at 850, not 855 Not 859. They could have easily helped us and still been out of there by 9.

Not a real Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream was not made properly, it was melty and had clumps in it and the flavor was off. Even my 5 yr old noticed. No waffle cones, and only half the flavor selection. Very disappointing.
