A favorite restaurant for many years. Four of us had delicious lunches today, until our dessert arrived. The peach bread pudding used to be wonderful!! Now the size is VERY small and rather hard! So disappointing.

The first time I heard of them was from their catering for a charity benefit that I attended. For me that's always a plus that they are involved in their local community, but their bruschetta was really good. I've ordered delivery since and it was also really good. I'll have to dine in at some point.

Varied, interesting menu of Italian classics! We had peach and orange cream sodas, Bruschetta, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, and topped it off with cannolis and bread pudding ala mode. Mike kept the food coming and was very attentive to our needs and kept checking on us. Everything was delicious and the ambiance was modern and clean. So glad we found this place!Parking: The parking is readily accessible and quite near the entrance.
My boyfriend and I went to Colore for the first time for Restaurant Week 2024 and had a great experience! Beau was our server and he was being precepted by Angie and they did an amazing job! The menu for restaurant week was great as well, we each got something different so we could taste as much as possible. The atmosphere was comfortable and still classy. We will be back!

Aline was our lovely waitress and she was so attentive We thought the caesar salad, the pasta pesto prosciutto dish and the marinara sauce and italian sausage sandwich were very tasty with our Tuscan blend red wine.The prices are the best we’ve seen in a restaurant of this stature. We live on the east coast but look forward to taking our family here upon our next visit Prego y Grazi Colore my World ?????♥️
The pork papardelle wasn't great. They went cheap and used pulled pork as the low braised pulled pork shoulder. It was completely pulled and it tasted like I was eating a pulled pork bbq in pasta. Yuk.

We had a party of 13 for the 1st night of Denver Restaurant Week. The atmosphere is very relaxed and spacious. All our food was delicious (except for the peach bread pudding, which was disappointing to everyone who ordered it - it was dry and hard), came out hot and were good sized portions worth the price. Service was outstanding; have to give a shout out to Matt who took care of our party with ease. He was very friendly with a calm demeanor. He even took care to recognize a birthday girl we were celebrating. Hats off to the chef(s) and staff for an excellent experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, and we'll be back sometime to dine off their regular menu.

First visit. Food was excellent. We had Chicken Saltimbocca and Chicken Conchiglie. Portions were a good size - Plenty, without being too much - and the spinach on mine was perfection.We agreed that the atmosphere was as warm as it appears from outside. We'll be back: It's definitely a nice addition to our list of places to bring visitors and friends.Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to fish and seafood, both of which are featured on the menu. I called ahead, and was told that, while there's only one grill, everything is cooked to order and I'd be safe to order anything cooked in a pan. I didn't get to taste my companion's dish, alas - On the other hand, I didn't have to share my Saltimbocca...Parking: Parking lot is adequate but not excessive. Might be tight in the lot when the other businesses are open, or if lots of people drive separately.
