Thieves!!! I ordered on Uber and after placing the order a guy from the store said that they were closing early and couldn’t make my order. So I asked him to cancel it on their end because it would charge me 22$ to cancel on mine. Instead the order was active for 45 mins until they were closed and they marked it as DELIVERED. Kept my money and my Tip. Uber says they can’t refund me because it’s 3rd party and was marked I did get my items. And no manager will return my call from the store. This is unacceptable and hopefully I can find corporates number to get my money and tip and delivery fee back!!!!!

If you slam a pizza delivery restaurant for not being perfect you have never worked in the business. We have ordered from this Dominos location many times and usually get perfect service. The only time they messed up they had the integrity to admit they made a mistake and still got our order out to us. 10/10 in our book!

I had the absolute worst service at this Domino's. The website updated at some point so my address never shows up correctly in their system even though it's Correct on my profile. I didn't know this was a issue until the driver pointed it out on my many orders from them. Had no issues until last week after that. So I saw the driver was on his way, I naturally felt like there was no need at 7% charge to have my phone with me while I waited for my pizza. 15 minutes went by and still no pizza so I went and got my phone. Had two missed calls from the driver. This was my fault for not answering. So I call the shop and they are like we will get a hold of the driverand hang up. A hour goes by and still no pizza. I call again they say it was delivered. I say look I wouldn't call if I had my pizza please just send it again. The kid transfers me to the "manager" where he's like I'll remake it and send it out. An hour goes by and still no pizza. I go to the store and demand to speak to " manager" The two boys up front say they aren't there right now. I say I'll wait. The boys immediately know why I am there. The one kid goes do you want me to make your order. That means it was never made lol I tell them no just your manager. They say the driver screwed up that's why it wasn't delivered. I just ask them if either one of them is who said they were the manager earlier and the one kid is like yeah tgat was me. 15 minutes pass by and an old lady comes in from outside in a Domino's uniform. She goes to back and a minute goes by. I proceed to tell the kids up front does she know I need to talk to her? He's like no. So he goes get her. I am extremely upset at this point. I tell her what happened and she tried to blame my address again. I was like I called back and gave them both my address and you guys deliver to me all the time with no issues. I just want my money back. No apology for what the two minor employees did. No apology for lack of her presence tonight idk managing. I get my address was the biggest problem of the night but being lied too is where I draw a line. I will probably never order from Domino's again.

23-33 minute order took 4 phone calls and an hour to arrive. Pizza is like cardboard. Dry. Cold. Disgusting. Nearly inedible. I never would have ordered it if it was ETA an hour. Offered a free pizza... No. Never will I ever order again. Run the opposite direction. Absolutely ridiculous way to spend money on gross pizza. Call Parry's or Carmines and get better pizza with free delivery for the same piece. Ruuuunnnnn.

Ordered from this location a few times, disappointed every time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time considering it was snowing and I'm sure a lot of people were ordering pizzas that night. Second time, food arrived but wasn't hot. This last time, I ordered my pizza at 6:37pm, it went through quality check at 6:57....didn't leave the store until 7:42pm. So now my pizza has been sitting around getting cold. I watch my tracker and says my delivery person is 4 minutes out. 10 minutes go by and I call the store, says she is a few minutes away. Another 10 minutes go by and I call again, they tell me that their delivery person said she delivered it to "the correct address" really?! Because I have yet to receive that pizza...which is why I'm calling (go figure). So their solution was to make me a new one...but I'd have to go pick it up because their closing delivery person called out and he doesn't have any others for the night.So I ask to be refunded, but I have to call back in the morning when the store manager is there. I definitely do NOT recommend this location. I can't even change my "preferred store" from this one on their website.

I ordered pizza, bites and sandwiches. They burned the bites, the sandwich was very bad, they didn't fill anything except chicken and a little bit of sauce.This happened very frequently to this place. This is the closest to our home and I do not not have enough choice to order somewhere else except I am ready to drive far to have the carryout.

Ordered here a few times, last time we ordered we got a call saying they can’t enter our building due to needing a code to get in. So I had to meet them outside. Weird that suddenly they can’t do that when every single time I’ve ordered prior this has never been an issue. I’ll just order from the other pizza joints around.

Every time I order delivery from this location it takes over two hours, including tonight. Food was cold. Called manager on duty and all we got from him was immediate attitude and no discounts or anything for their poor service.
I live half a mile away and the food showed up cold with the pizza folded on top of itself. manager was dismissive and said a credit would be applied to my account... it wasn't. don't waste your money.

this domino’s sucks! this location consistently cancels my delivery order saying that we are out of delivery zone. if that is the case then why is this the location that the website tells me to order from. the only location possible for delivery. yet each time someone calls saying that i have to order from another location. the other location is 5.5 miles away while the dominos that cancels my order is only 1.5 miles away. this is frustrating! please fix this dominos. there is no reason that i can’t have pizza delivery from this location.

We like Dominos for carry out, especially in the winter. Their Feta Cheesy bread is amazing and the hand tossed veggie pizza is great!Vegetarian options: We always get a veggie pizza and love it!Kid-friendliness: Our grandson loves the cheese pizza!

Another disappointing meal from these guys. The pizza was delivered cold again. I only live 4 minutes away. I also ordered the new pepperoni cheese bread. Turned out to be just bread with pepperoni in it. Both the pizza and the cheese bread had very little cheese if any. They also forgot my marinara sauce cup. It was a horrible meal.
