Giving people the butt of the tomato in their bagel is rude. That goes in the trash, not on a bagel. Got the wrong cheese although I asked for American. On another note, why are the cheesy hash brown bagels saltier than the Dead sea? And why is the orange juice in the cups sweeter than death? Are you guys trying to kill us? Einstein bagels had always been pricey, for what food costs here, I expected more. Would have been nice if my order was right and I was not being given a peal of a tomato. Disappointing. Not going back to this location.

Amazing staff! Always, friendly. I've noticed that they have a lot of repeat customers, who I have spoke with, that have been going to this location for years!!! My favorite spot to get a breakfast bagel sandwich in the area!!!
I cant believe is 10 am and we make an order over 30 dollars and they don't have cash of a 100 and we go there 2 days a week they should ask the bank to stop making 100

I had ordered online breakfast for my family of 4. I went in to grab it off the to go shelf. My order wasn't there. A worker approached and asked if I needed anything. I said I was waiting on my order. Another worker said they had placed that order on the shelf moments before. Well long story short of course my food was stolen by someone else. So immediately the workers were kind and making things right.. I'll be back to thos location. Just maybe a walk in order though... lesson learned.. be safe and vigilant out there!

Breakfast this morning feels more like a prank.There's not even enough bagel to cover the top of the sandwich.. and then the bottom wasn't cut all the way through when it got sliced in half. Half the spinach was smashed into the wrapper instead of being on the sandwich. I used rewards to get this sandwich but I suppose I would more regret paying actual money for it.No more tables or chairs at this location, just benches? Noted.My order was also not waiting at the designated pickup spot so I had to wait in line to ask for it, which ruins the point of ordering ahead for pickup.Employees are nice! But I won't be returning to this one.

Visiting from out of state, so the Staff was pleasant (but was showing pictures of his dog to the customer in front) but in store wait time here compared to other shops is loooong. There was literally one other customer in store and apparently several online orders but if you are in a hurry don't come to this shop. Even the online orders had to wait...
I love this Einstein franchise- the friendly, professional staff, consistent quality food, and awesome coffee. I hope they stay on Englewood a long time! One less star on atmosphere only because they never returned to in-store dining after the pandemic, but not a big deal.

Hit this place during a pet visit to VRCC. Excellent food, asiago bagels were great. Coffee was fresh. Staff very helpful...I will come here from now on, when visiting the pet hospital.

I love that I can freeze and reheat the bagels and they remain fresh. I always buy the box of 13 bagels and 2 shmears... Bagels are not too doughy, cooked just right! it's the best value! The team is friendly, and efficient...

just came here today, I only ordered a 6 cheese bagel and a vanilla cold brew. I love the vanilla coldbrew at einstein but today i think they forgot to add the vanilla. I also asked for my bagel toasted and they must've forgot or they toasted it for 2 seconds. The stores cute but not great to chill at as there is no seats. the staff was nice but should probably get trained better.

Slower than turtles and can’t even toast a bagel. Don’t accept online orders if you can’t handle it. Took 40 minutes and my bagel wasn’t toasted ?
