I’m going to be honest. I fought back and forth about making this review. I so desperately wanted to leave this company a positive review and if the review were for the food alone, it would be five stars. Their food is damn good and satisfied everyone at my wedding - I had people coming up to me for weeks after asking who had catered. But the service was absolutely below standards. We were first introduced to Katie - who is fantastic and insanely kind - but we fell through the cracks it felt like. After the initial tasting it was like they no longer needed to impress us. I had to be the one to reach out regarding payment deadlines as outline in the CONTRACT. I literally had to beg this company to take my money. I know wedding season is busy, but it’s also not my job as a bride to make sure you as a company charge my card for YOUR payments. Day of was absolutely horrendous. I was told that the company would be there at 4:00pm sharp (exactly 2 hours before the start time of my wedding) the crew finally comes rolling in at 4:30p and says that they are also catering across the street and that’s why they’re late? All of my centerpieces had to be arranged on the tables which my family and I weren’t allowed to touch - it had to be the catering company. Finally at 5:15 all of the tables were set up leaving my fiancé, aunt, and mom SCRAMBLING to finish decorating. Then I walk to the tables after the ceremony and see that NONE of the chalice cups that I spent nearly $300 on were set up on the table. When I approached the company they said “oh. We were confused because they also had four random white sheets in it we thought it was for a different event” IM THE ONLY EVENT GOING ON!! And then at the end of the night we were sent home with zero leftovers. Even though we had nearly 20 people LESS than what we told them because of a death in the family. I know for a fact that there was food leftover but we were sent home with none of it. Keep in mind I paid for everything! Overall, I was left much more stressed and frustrated than a bride needs to be. And Katie if you read this, I’m sorry it’s not about you. You were great!

Kim and her team are absolute rockstars. They are organized, responsive, timely, beyond helpful, everything you could possibly want and more when planning an event. The event itself was a hit - shoutout to Dylan for all of his hard work and making the night run so smooth. I can't recommend Encore enough. Thank you guys so much!

Delicious food and amazing service! Kimberly provided catering for our photoshoot crew. At the end we had an unexpected extra day of shooting to which they accommodated perfectly, and saved the day. Encore did everything they could to make it work for us. It was amazing. If we could rate them 10 stars we would. Thanks Kimberly!

This was the best decision I made for my wedding. Rachielle is an absolute star, she helped me so much. She made sure my numbers were on point and she was very dialed. On the wedding day her team was seamless, and the food was plentiful and amazing. They also coordinated a desserts table instead of a cake at my request, which also turned out amazing.Thank you Rachielle and your amazing team , I’ll recommend you guys forever!

I hired Encore Catering for a networking event of 100 people, and they did not disappoint at all. The food was delicious, including their gluten free and vegan options, the bar service was great and the service from staff was professional and nice. I highly recommend Encore Catering!

Worked for them for three weeks. Numerous issues from an organizational standpoint. Literally was supposed to be paid this past weekend and didn't get my check and still don't have my check. My partner currently works in the kitchen and the health department came in this past week and it was one of the worst health inspections. He said he has ever seen in his entire career as a chef, which spans almost 10 years at this point.See attached screenshot from Arapahoe County health dept. Kimberly is accusing me of "lying about the 21/100 score and we passed" No hunny, ya didnt.inspections.myhealthdepa…Considering that they told me it was a holiday weekend this past weekend it's November 7th.... No holiday or bank weekend.The owner Mike is a fat lazy piece of shit who would rather hire pretty girls to look at and be creepy with than somebody who actually has talent. I told them I have over 10 years of graphic design and marketing experience and instead he hired this really pretty young chick who has no idea what the fuck she's doing.Nothing is "homemade". The desserts are literally box mixes. None of the produce is fresh. They are literally serving over a week old produce. Everything is premade or frozen. Every photo you see from the "business owner" is a damn STOCK IMAGE. Their food is NOTHING like what they post. Be prepared for a bait and switch. I would stay away from this place as much as possible, after I said, I quit immediately, because not getting paid on time. Is it a huge red flag, the Operations Manager has ghosted me. I will be contacting the CO Dept of Labor.Also, if somebody with 10 years in social media, marketing and Google marketing, they are clearly paying people to leave five star reviews, which is also a very shady business practice.... STAY AWAY

We used Encore Catering last week for our public elementary school fundraising event and would definitely use them again. They were able to keep our costs within reasonable range, while still providing delicious food and adequate staffing to meet our needs. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the event and we could turn our attention to other aspects of the program without having to worry about the food or cleanup. Leftovers were even boxed up for us to take home! Thank you Rachielle and the entire staff at Encore!

We used Encore Catering for our wedding. Their communication was always great and the staff during the day of were really friendly! I didn't give them a 5-star because of a few things: we never received the promised complimentary charcuterie boxes during the getting-ready portion, so we were pretty hungry by dinner time; only "1 unit" of salad was brought so it ran out by Table 6 of 15; food at the buffet was put away immediately after the last table got their food (we would've expected there be at least a 20 minute delay for people to grab seconds). The food was pretty good, though, and I never had to worry about Encore's reliability so in general, I would recommend.

My brother used this caterer for his wedding this past weekend and not only did they run out of food for the main dinner (final couple tables had no salad and no shrimp) there was a nacho bar that had plenty of queso and guacamole and NO CHIPS. Not sure how we ran out with less people in attendance than quoted but really disappointed that people were hungry when they left.
