Menu is too limited. Food was very good. Ambience was kinda strange. A week after Valentine's Day but still have hearts on all of the tables was weird for a business dinner. Need more variety on the menu. 1 fish, 1 beef, 1 chicken & just a few apps didn't fully meet our needs.

DiningOut

The special Valentine dinner wasn't great. The chicken portion was very small for the price. The plate looked very sparse and almost ridiculous with what little was served for $28. It wasn't busy and service was slow.

Cons: Food was terrible. Shrimp & calamari appetizers, fish dinner (3 diners) Heavily breaded, dry, tasteless - have had 100% better from drive thru. No happy hour. High prices for very poor quality. Pros: ambiance - large windows w/ views of golf course, water way & fire pit. Bar has fireplace and attractively decorated Cupid Pop up.

Our experience was fabulous!! From check in and being sat in an amazing spot we loved, to the staff coming to check in and making sure we had everything we needed!! The atmosphere was perfect and lit beautifully for the occasion! Our food was delicious and prompt and will be back again!!! Thank you for your incredible hospitality!!

Given the fact it was valentines and only 1 server was left to handle all tables l will be somewhat lenient. She started off great but noticed as the night progressed went on she became a bit frazzled. She forgot my boyfriends beer and entered our entrees in twice so tried to deliver them to us a second time and she when we had complete our entrees previously she did offer good customer service however and comped my boyfriends beer as well as a glass of wine for myself

We loved the atmosphere of pop up bars at Xmas and Valentines and service was very good . The negatives were the salad came with frozen cheese. Had it returned and soup was sent (which was comped) but cold. The salmon very good but beef dish just ok for the high price. Again, high praise for your wait staff and decor and noise level and views but food menu needs to adjust pricing and better attention to food temps and and happy hour? Thank you.

My friend and I went out for the Valentine’s Day pop up menu! The Vanilla Bean Squash SoupBarterner Squach - Vanilla Bean Dusting:Tusted Pumpkin Seeds was 10/10 my favorite dish served for the night. We also got the duck fat frites which had a Tarragon Aioli which was very interesting, a must try! Our cocktails were on point we ordered a variety, not one disappointed, thanks Toni! As we were finishing up our chocolate mousse desert Sean the property manager (I believe that was his title) came and talked with us for a while too. He informed us of all the fun events going on in the future and really made us feel taken care of. We appreciated the entire staff and had a wonderful experience. We will more than likely become regulars at this place!

My friend and I went to the Valentine's day pop up! They had crafted cocktails and the food was definitely a reason to come back. Our waitress was wonderful, and our bartender Toni was fantastic! It was such a fun place to hang out with girlfriends or a romantic date. Sean the property manager even came over and checked in on us. I always appreciate when the staff truly cares about your experience. Will definitely be returning for the brunch next time!

Recently went to the Fireside Bar & Grill's Bar Cupid pop-up (open until March 2) and think it would definitely be a cute date night or Galentine outing, especially if you live around Englewood. To kick the night off, my friend and I ordered the Lavender Love Bomb and the Pretty In Pink cocktails and toasted to our (non-existent) love lives. For our dishes, we tried the vanilla bean squash soup (which was admittedly very vanilla-y), scorched fennel quinoa cake (a great vegetarian option) and pan seared salmon (the fish was cooked perfectly). But the star of the show was the duck fat frites. Fried in duck fat, coated in cayenne sugar and served with a creamy tarragon aioli, I think these might be the best fries I've had in Denver. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries, white chocolate creme brulee and the milk chocolate mousse bar (which had a nice crunch thanks to the hazelnut praline and wafers it's served with). We washed all of that down with their Espress My Love and Some Like It Hot cocktails, which were our favorite drinks of the night. The space was also decked out floor-to-ceiling in pink and red roses and heart-struck decor. Totally recommend for a romantic evening or girls night!

Festive menu for food and drinks. Be aure to get the Hot Cocoa Bar. Lots of sides for non alcoholic and alcoholic choices. Food options look great! Staff are very attentive!
