My wife and I plus Advance HOA's Stepping Stone Community Manager, Michelle, greatly enjoyed HipPOPs' handcrafted gelato bar treats on a sunny Thursday, February 1, 2024, afternoon in the Stepping Stone Lantern House parking lot. My wife has enjoyed HipPops treats during several prior summer visits to a POPtruck; however, it was the first visit for myself and Michelle. Jordan greeted us with a genuine smile and helpful words from the truck's window, and guided our selection of bar type and topping. While we enjoyed our treats near the truck, young school age children were dropped at the nearby school bus stop and some of the children and their parents came to the POPtruck. We were near the truck and overheard and saw Jordan greet each child with a genuine smile and helpful words as he greeted us. We ended our visit and returned to our home with a memory of the great tasty experience that will prompt our return to a HipPOP POPtruck. In less then perfect conditions the HipPOPs group came through with flying colors. Everything that was discussed was provided and then some. The communication prior to the party and the day of the party was outstanding. Daniel was amazing with all of the guests and especially with my granddaughter, the guest of honor. Every one in attendance commented on how amazing this whole event was. The presentation, the service and especially the interaction that Daniel had with every person in attendance. Don't think twice about booking this company for your next event, just do it!
