Sandwich was dece and the staff was friendly. But, If I showed you this picture from the drive through window… would you still eat here?

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s in the world. Drive through, walk-in, doesn’t matter. You’re waiting 15 min to get a sandwich. Will only go here out of desperation. You will likely save time if you drive to the next closest JJs rather than waiting for these guys to make you a sandwich.

Ordered online to pickup. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I completed my “pick up” order by filling my own drinks and grabbing the chips. Gave me the wrong size cup, but freaky fast experience

Never will I order from here ever again. I waited over an hour. Called twice and was finally told that they tried to contact me and they waited 15 minutes. I did not receive a single phone call and I live in an apartment. You could have asked them in the leasing office, which is not locked. They said I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. So I have no money to eat today. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER order from here again.Edit: we tried again after being contacted by customer service and were once again disappointed. Opting to place an order directly with the store. They not only forgot one of our sandwiches. But look at the size of this thing. I’ve gotten the ceased wrap before but have never seen it this small. Officially lost my business.

Absolute trash! Garbage. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It took over an hour to get to us and we had to call to get them to deliver it. when they got to us, both sandwiches were soggy and missing multiple ingredients also had wrong ingredients put on one of them. I wish I could put zero stars.

The ex owner Brandon or current cheated on his wife with the employees here.

I ordered from DoorDash not knowing that jimmy John’s had changed their style of wheat bread to a flat sandwich bread instead of a roll. When I went in to ask for my sandwich to be put on a white roll instead they were kind, helpful, and speedy. I very much appreciate their handling of the situation.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery, after receiving the food I began to eat it and noticed it was not correct. I called back and they informed me that my correct food was still at the store and the delivery driver would be returning to get the incorrect food. When the driver came back they still didn't have my correct food. I've been waiting for over 45min still without my correct food, and I get a call from the manager complaining at me for eating the incorrect food. How unprofessional. Never will order again

Drive thru takes forever. You’ll spend 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru and waste your entire lunch break. Not sure if it’s just this location or all Jimmy John’s but you’ll basically get a bread sandwich with a piece or two of meat. Not worth $14 when there are several other sandwich options for cheaper.
