Came here at 8:30 pm and they had only the drive through working, since I’m on a truck, it does not fit under the drive through, so I had to walk up to put in my order, and they declined me of getting any food. They did not even want to understand me. Don’t go to this McDonald’s, worst one I’ve seen. And workers are not willing to even try and help.

The automatic recorded greeting is annoying when they leave you waiting to order for 5 minutes. The auto answer is supposed to make the line move faster but the associates ignore it and go at their own pace.

Usually this is my go to McDonald's because it's close to my house but today I was utterly disappointed in there service. I had a curbside pickup because I was sick. No one came out to bring me my order and they had said they completed my order via the app, which means they dropped it off, obviously not true. After about 10 min of waiting I came inside to see my order on the counter. When I finally got my order the staff didn't think I spoke Spanish and were making fun in spanish because I had to come inside to get my order and they didn't have to come outside. Truly disappointed that they would have the audacity to behave that way.

I don't really know how you can screw up McDonald's food , but this place certainly knows how. Burgers are normally inedible because they are so dry from sitting, and fries are usually not totally cooked. Even the Diet Coke seems syrupy. Go to any other one within even 2 miles - they will be much better!

I stopped using the app after the update that required you to comply with the new terms and conditions. If you look into what you are signing, you will see that you give up the right to sue the company if anything happens to you from eating their food. They are knowingly poisoning you with their food.
