I am so hard to satisfy when it comes to cakes, grocery cakes are no good, and majority of private bakers mediocre, I love to bake myself so I can enjoy sweet goods, but baking good cakes from scratch takes a lot of time ?️ and kitchen mess, who has time for that, when you have kids and full time work. Not only are Kate’s cakes amazing but so is she! Communicating with her and placing my order was such a seamless process. I order a mango passion fruit mousse cake with custom design for my Mom’s birthday. Kate captured my vision for the mousse cake perfectly and the flavor profile was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. I had such a fun & easy experience ordering from Kate at Mini Me. She was so kind & helpful, & even had my cake ready a day early because of a big snow storm!I bought the passionate fruit mousse cake for my sister’s birthday. It was absolutely gorgeous! My picture doesn’t do it justice. The cake was light, refreshing, & not too sweet! I highly recommend!
