I get panda express 2-3 times a week, i get literally the same order, so when i got home and opened my meal and i got like 5 pieces of chicken to go with all my rice, NOT what i ordered and idk who the hell is gonna fill up on that amount of chicken…Nope, went back and lady with blue hair working drive thru super nice and fixed it no questions asked

I spent $140 on 6 meals and the 2 I paid for to have extra were missing sides and smaller than the regular large plate! Pretty sad to have wasted all that money. Very unsatisfied!!! I was better off getting 6 large plates instead of 4 LG and 2 extra larges!!! I feel robbed out of my money!!

The blonde girl Cierra was extremely rude!!! They must be absolutely desperate for them to hire people like that girl. Not only did she ignore me but she then rolled her eyes at me! The other girl Laveena was very helpful and polite if it weren't for her I would have left! I hope this Cierra girl can learn from her or I will not be returning!!!
Online order. Got there “late”, they didn’t have it ready for another 12 min. Didn’t acknowledged for a majority of the time waiting for the food and some of the members were just wandering around. This is the second time ordering to-go resulted in waiting too long a time for my meal.
