My first time there today- ordered a bunch of breakfast burritos but needed bacon (I guess they typically only have 1 kind of meat each day, today was chorizo). The guy taking my order said we can do bacon but it’ll be an extra $2 per burrito. I said okay. Got the burritos—- I must say they are pretty tasty (which is why I’m giving any stars), however when I got home and looked at the receipt it showed that they charged me a random $5 charge (don’t even know what it is for), and then instead of $2 extra per burrito they charged me $4 extra. Definitely my own fault for not even looking at the receipt while I was there, but it was pure chaos in there with 50 people crammed into a little space. Lesson learned….. just make sure to check your receipt before you sign. Unfortunately, probably won’t be back.

Great food the only reason I don't give five star is because when you place an order to pick up they say 15 minutes you go in 20 minutes and still wait 15 minutes because they haven't made your food yet I'm sure that's because a lot of people call in and don't pick up their orders but still it's a waste of time when you're in a rush
Can't beat Santiago's green chili. Carne Asade burritos are the best. Good people working there too. It's my go to for our family. ?

Staff is always friendly when I go in to grab my orders. I have been going to many santiagos while living in denver. Food is always consistent. Food is always good. You can always rely you will be satisfied.

This is definitely a to go kind of place, not so much a dine in place. But the food is FANTASTIC and the service is QUICK! So either call in or order on the internet, or just walk in if you want, the food is DELICIOUS and well worth it!

Ok so I've only recently moved to Colorado and so far most Mexican food has been... Ok at best. But after being told by several friends to try Santiago's I finally went.I wish I would have come sooner. You walk into the small little place where there is a line winding around the small space, the smell of chilies and meat cooking, that feeling that all the work goes into the food rather than the decor or aesthetics. I was already excited.I asked a few people inline their favorite and ended up opting for the carnitas burrito with chili and the breakfast burrito with chorizo. I was also able to try the bean and cheese burrito and the chili cheese fries.Ok so first off the Carnitas was probably in my top 3 I've ever had and that is saying something. Added with the green chili just made it probably my go to menu item here since I am definitely coming back.The breakfast burrito I am very picky about but that's on me. It comes with potatoes (which I understand is a lot easier for them to prep ahead but I just wish I could have had it without. That being said it was still very delicious the chorizo was flavorful though I wish I had a little more, but it is definitely a good burrito.The beans are excellent and creamy they clearly make them themselves and were definitely not an afterthought. The chili cheese fries surprised me. If you are new to Colorado you might expect chili con carne but out here when you see it with chili or chili cheese X it usually refers to green chili made with hatch or similar green chili sometimes with meat. But seriously it is really good and worth finding spots that make it well. This is clearly one of them.Prices are good and fair, service was quick, and food was hot and delicious. Hope to see you there!

Everyone loves Santiagos for a reason. Super fast, delicious, gold ingredients. I can walk into this location, order a couple burritos, and be out in minutes. Its refreshing service and the minimal atmosphere is fine. Delicious chili, I recommend getting it in your burrito!

Always delish. There's no tables to sit, it's very small inside. Sometimes the line backs up, and there's 10 people waiting for their order. It's busy. If you order something that's not the burrito of the day, prepare to wait at least 10 min. But it's delicious, so there you have it.
