I've never had a nightmare experience in a Starbucks or anywhere else like that they screwed up my order then they scream at me threw stuff at me refused to redo my order and told me to go to customer service I would give it 0 stars if I could they also have food that needs to be frozen laying in food baskets don't ever come here!!!!!

went here this morning got a pumpkin chai tea iced and a breakfast burrito. i took a bite of my burrito and it had mold in it. beside my burrito being bad the lady that helped me was so kind and sweet she is very good at her job and super fast just upset about the burrito this morning.

This Starbucks is very disrespectful and has no care for their customers. I went and felt disgraced as I left the shop. The baristas are terrible and steal your orders. I bought four drinks for me and my kids, and the baristas refused to give me one of them. On the receipt, it said I had paid for it, yet they called me retarded and refused to give me the drink that I had paid for. Don't ever come here!!!!!!!!!!

The amount of disrespect for severe allergies is insane. Apart of running a business is maintaining good customer service in which this Starbucks lacks. Two employees repeatedly said out loud, "this is ridiculous" and "this is stupid." Customer service is being respectful to the customer and this place lacks this. Management should review this place and become involved. For someone to have severe allergies and could possibly die should be taken seriously.

The lady was very nice greeting everybody, but when I went to pick up my drink, it was almost half empty and she pour the rest for herself in a separate cup that she put right next to the counter!
