I get it, for sure, being young and held responsible to perform as the face of the franchise. With that being said, were you volunteering or are you there to do a job that you signed up for? Customer service is #1 for a subway employee. Bad attitude, lack of prep is ? on training. Reevaluate the who and where you position every head on clock. Boost these guys moral. I feel bad for this kid, even though he was awfully rude and non certive, guidance is crucial!

Night worker was rude. I accidentally ordered another sandwich and wanted to get a refund. The worker wouldn’t give me the refund and asked if I was sure that the other sandwich was mine before giving it to me!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered five sandwiches. Each one of them was cold even though they were all supposed to be warm and toasted. They all came with completely cold Raw bacon it was never thrown in the oven like they were supposed to be. I used to work at Subway. I know the way it's supposed to work and none of these sandwiches were made the way they are supposed to be. This location says it doesn't close till 9:00 when my husband went in to grab our order around 6: 00pm They said "if you don't have an online order we can't help you". Like what is that really? The first thing you say to a customer. My husband said I do and gave them his name. They never handed him The bag just said your orders right there. They were already closing everything down and closing at 6pm. It is sad what customer service has come to these days. People are just completely lazy and don't know how to work. Will never eat at subway again.

Bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it, threw it in the trash. Very close to my house but I will drive out of my way to avoid this location. Had a bad experience with the same employee years ago and decided to give it another shot, he is still there and still making this location a horrible experience. Don’t go here, save yourself the headache

Time is 8:30 pm and it already locked. 30 minutes before closing time. Why you guys write time till 9 pm if you closing at 8 pm

It was maybe two hours before closing when I walked in to order food for my children and I.I was greeted with a hello from a gentleman as he was cleaning the dining room.When finished with his task, he came over, washed his hands, and then asked how he could help me.We made conversation as I ordered, and it was here he told me he has been with the company for I believe 15 years and how he was the only one working closing at nights.He did a great job with my special orders as well as not making it seem that he was burned out from working so much.Parking: I believe there are three parking spots next to the building as well as street parking.
