Why have a pick up rack If you guys don’t even use it. I was literally waiting for nothing. And then when everyone was done ordering. They both left the counter and I was wondering where is the food. I went up to the counter and the order was ready this whole time, and then I tried to pick it up and they needed confirmation, and I was picking up for my store manager. And I already waited a long time. I was already upset I wasn’t even acknowledged or noticed that I was sitting waiting for something. I had to call the person that ordered it to give me order number. I don’t know, the whole thing is just retarded. Get rid of your pick up racks, I waited long for nothing!

Find another Subway to visit! Here, they don't listen well on your order. The don't enunciate when they ask you a question. And the charge for water - $4.98 for two small waters, not in bottles from the cooler, but from the fountain drink machine. All they hear is "fountain drink machine" so they charge you for a soda. They weren't open to here where they were wrong. Those drinks, for decades and for hundreds of Subway locations, have always been free.The 3.2 rating is over rated!!!!

Placed an online order on 3/16/24. Went to pick up the order shortly after and the incompetent employees were standing around not doing a damn thing. No ingredients had been prepped all day so my order was not made. They also would not issue a refund. Instead of getting food prepped for the day they were sitting around on their phones. Do not go to this location, they are useless, incompetent, and lazy as hell.

Completely unsanitary and disgusting. I got Uber eats so unfortunately wasn’t there to watch my sandwich be made. The cut my sandwich with a DIRTY knife clearly covered in mustard as there was yellow mustard on the paper, where the sandwich was cut and remnants inside the sandwich from when they use the knife to “close” the sandwich. I hate mustard and therefore the sandwich was ruined and inedible. Absolutely disgusting and lazy that they can’t even clean off a knife.

Service today was the worst customer service we have ever received, anywhere! Vinny was helping us and working hard, he was completely on his own helping everyone in line, restocking the food he needed and completing to go orders. There were 5 people in line in front of us and we waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. This was not because of Vinny who was doing his best to complete everything on his own, but because of a rude employee named Kim standing in the back doing absolutely nothing to help. She was loudly yelling at Vinny and laughing at him in front of everyone telling him to complete pick up orders (and did nothing to help him or the customers waiting in line). He even had to go to the back and restock spinach on his own for an order, which was what she claimed to be doing when we said something at the end. The entire 30-35 minutes we were in the store to get a to go order she filled one container of lettuce for him and did nothing but talk down to him and rudely give attitude to him. When we got to the front we told him he needs to find a better job because that is not how employees should be treated and he stated she was the managers daughter so there was nothing he could do. She even came up at the end and said (in front of us) “see you got the line” like she was purposefully not helping. I said to her she made people wait over 30 minutes for no reason and she laughed and said she was refilling the line for him and walked away. So sad that a company would allow staff member’s to be treated that way and that Kim thinks she is so untouchable and clearly has zero work ethic.

We ordered the BOGO on the app that was advertised And paid full price for both sandwiches. We ordered a roast beef sandwich and a BMY. We got a roast beef and a meatball sandwich!

Went in for the 2nd time in a week to the location at 8223 S. Quebec St. E Englewood 80112. Again it was Vinny making sandwiches.this young man is the first in a long time that knows how to make a sandwich with love. I have skipped Subway for so long because of terrible service and less than friendly employees. This week is my first time back in maybe 5 years. Vinny was by himself both times and handles the line expeditiously. He said this is his first job. I was impressed by his work ethic. So glad this location has someone worthwhile. I hope he is taken care of and doesn't leave. It seems the good ones always do.

I had a busy day at work and ordered a salad for delivery. When it arrived the salad looked like it had the dressing applied the shaken vigorously. I opened the salad noticed how small it seemed but was busy so didn't think about it. I started to eat the salad in between clients and realized that it seemed small because it didn't have extra spinach I requested and it had none of the toppings on it I had ordered. So I paid $15 for a salad that at best consisted of a sad partial handful of spinach an obscene amount of dressing and few pieces of roast beef.... Do better Subway.

Where to begin!? Ordered online at 11:47, arrived at 11:52 where there were 2 people ahead of us. They then took the person who arrived after us first, not starting our order until 12:08 and took the two of them until 12:25 to finish the order of 3 sandwiches. Not sure how long it would have taken had I not physically stood in line to make them do my order. They were also out of pickles and cucumbers. Yikes! Won't ever come back here.Sanitation- several times they would put something on a sand which, it was incorrect, then pull it off and put it back in the bin. Yuck!
