Absolutely horrible experience. I couldn't even order my food because she could understand me. I was patient and kind until they tried to overcharge me because she also didn't know how to ring it in. Please get employees that can understand what I am asking for or move to kiosks.... this is absolutely ridiculous.

This Taco bell sucks. This is the third time they have given me and my partner beef on an order with NO beef and mostly vegetarian options and I cannot eat beef. The first time I tried to correct getting a beef item instead of black bean the person the drive through snapped at me saying they don't serve any vegetarian options? What? Everytime we give this Taco bell a second chance it's a disappointment. Today, half filled food, every single ticket item wrong, and items missing on a 40+ dollar order, super disappointing when you're just trying to eat. People can't afford to just throw their money away. It's disrespectful at this point how careless the staff here is. I would not recommend to someone who cannot eat beef. Even if you pay extra for chicken you will not get itVegetarian options: Veggie options but this establishment will give you beef instead of beans if you get a crunch wrap supreme for some reason

I enjoy Taco Bell but I got some pretty major food poisoning after going to this place for the first time. This could've been a one time thing, maybe they got bad meat that day. I'm not sure. But I'm not risking going to this location again.
Ordered food for my family of 6 for $86.00 and all our food bearly had any ingredients in it. We were all just chewing on empty tortillas. Not worth it!

Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme with jalapenos and 3 cheese. I got none of the things I paid extra for, and got a beef crunch wrap supreme - which I didnt order in the first place as I am a vegetarian!Update- The manager, reached out to me, and apologized on behalf of the staff, and gave me a refund, and re-did my order. I really appreciate the extra effort on his part

the staff are terribly rude! We waited a very long time in the drive-thru line to find out that they didn't have our order in the system, after which the employee told us to make another round of the line while they prepared our order so that we wouldn't take up that space. he talked to us like it was my fault that they didn't have my order even though I showed him my order number but he said "you can show me whatever you want but it won't help you get the order right now" I will never return to this place again.
