Fresh food, yummy drinks, good wine, nice indoor and outdoor atmosphere, and excellent service. My fries were cold and hard when I got them and they quickly got me a new batch with a smile! Hard to find good service these days - but not here!

Oh man! This Greek salad is so good! My coworker got the Bahn Mi which she enjoyed. I would've gotten the Bahn Mi as well if it came with anything other than tofu BUT my salad was super fantastic so I don't regret it. Cool atmosphere. Beautiful vertical garden inside and more growing on the rooftop. Service was fantastic. Oh sheesh, almost forgot about their unsweet tea! I can't quite remember what kind of tea our server said it was but girrrrrl, it's so refreshing and flavorful. I've been back once so far and will be back again.

The Feedery at Grow + Gather is within walking distance of my apartment so it was high time I paid it a visit. While waiting for a table, I checked out the market and grabbed a coffee. The market is adorable, featuring plants and local items for sale. They were having a plant sale today where you could get vegetable starters. The growing availability of plants in the Metro area is so wonderful, in my opinion. I got the Lumberjack Latte, which I believe is a seasonal offering that is flavored with maple, honey, and cinnamon. It is so delicious and I will easily come back for several more before it disappears. On to the food. I came because of a particular brunch item I saw, but when I scanned the QR code I did not see the brunch menu (I came in around 11:30am on a Saturday). Bummer. But, since it's National Burger Day and I initially sought out a burger place, I gave the Grow + Gather Burger a shot with a side of fries. Sides come separately, which appears to be a growing trend that I have mixed feelings about. The burger was good and juicy, but I have a hard time deciding whether it's worth the $17 plus $6 for classic shoestring fries. I will say that I could have probably been fine with just the burger or split the fries with someone (I dined alone this time), but $17 for a burger is still a little tough for me. However, I do want to acknowledge the mission of Grow + Gather, as they focus on locally sourced ingredients and show at the front of their menu where your food is being sourced from. That's why I rounded up my otherwise 3.5 rating. They also currently include 20% gratuity automatically into your meal but give you the option to tip further (I also have mixed feelings about these "transparent surcharges" rather than just having them built in from the start without any extra hullabaloo, but that's a discussion for another time). I'll certainly be back for the coffee, but may only frequent the restaurant from time to time. Hopefully I can come back at a time where I'm able to get that Colorado Benedict from the brunch menu!

I really wanted to love this place more because the concept is a dream of mine - a restaurant with a greenhouse that serves the food it grows. Unfortunately, a few elements fell short. The highlights: pickled jalapenos - this is a thing and they are amazing! Perhaps my favorite part of the meal. Their fries are surprisingly good, too. Great crunch and flavor, which can be missed with in-house made fries. The so-so: the hummus was kind of bland (the pickled jalapenos rescued it). Maybe more garlic and salt would make it more flavorful. The sample of roasted red pepper hummus was nice - I preferred that one. The cucumbers served with the hummus were so thinly sliced, couldn't really use them to dip into the hummus. Would've preferred a thicker cut veggie and assorted veggies - there were only cucumbers - for the hummus. But I like cucumbers, so I suppose it's okay. The not so much: pickled jicama was coated in olive oil which gave it a very weird taste - sour from the pickling with a weird buttery coating that lingered in the mouth. Wish it was just pickled without the oil. I enjoyed that the least of everything. The falafels... Didn't taste or have the texture of falafels... Desperately missing the herbs and crunch. They were so mushy inside, it reminded me of deepfried hummus balls. I found the price of the food to be a little high for what it was. $40 for one person (hummus appetizer, falafel salad, and a side of pickled jicama) is pretty steep. The 20% gratuity is included, which made this a $50 meal. I get prices are going up all over, but I could get a more satisfying and high quality meal for half the price at a variety of other restaurants. Always happy to support a local small business but the discrepancy with the flavor and experience of the food made the value of it mismatched to the cost.

Was feeling a little weird after my flight but i was hungry. I figured something light would do and found this eatery of freshness. Was a pain to park but they have a small lot and plenty of street parking. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I mostly enjoyed the decor but I was in a battle with the fruit flies which i eventually just gave up its the price you pay for freshness I guess.

Plan on waiting. If the table is a half hour wait and to go is a half hour wait I would anticipate an hour for full table service. Very trendy and a lot of staff wandering but not welcoming or helpful at all. As we were trying to figure out how to get in, and where to request a table, seated guests noticed our confusion and directed us to the coffee counter, but not the waitress that pushed by us. We had to wait behind those in line for coffee to find the status of a table. Meanwhile the waitress stood behind the counter answered one call, messed with her tablet and still ignoring us, absolutely no eye contact or query. As she walked back out from the counter still ignoring customers, I said Welcome to the Feedery, she didn't understand. It was about this time the coffee serving hostess told us tables are 1/2 hour and food is another 1/2 hour. This is not a staff shortage issue but an inattentive staff issue. The coffee serving hostess could use help, combining the two jobs is ineffective. The restaurant had many empty tables and that could be for anticipated reservations but with this few customers and a kitchen on the weeds I would hate to see what happens when they fill up. I am assuming this is a tip included restaurant as there was no sense of urgency or customer service.

Can't quite beat freshly grown food! This place is awesome, my chicken sandwich was literally perfect, so were the fries. Great service and atmosphere!

The Feedery is pricey, but it's also dang good. I came here with a group of colleagues at lunch to sit on the patio and get an hour away. To start, you walk into their coffee/gift shop, which if you're someone who craves the sustainable and naturally sourced, you'll be really into. It's not really my scene and I felt it a bit pretentious ($8 kombucha?), but I also didn't try anything and it might be worth it. It is really cool that they sell their overflow vegetables from the rooftop garden down here, though! Once seated outside, we were greeted by a very sweet and attentive server. If the place is pricey I expect good service, and we got it here, which I really appreciated. I ordered the bacon vinaigrette salad with chicken, which clocks in at a whopping $23 on its own. I couldn't believe I was spending almost $25 on a salad, but it was a payday and the sun was out, so why not. When the salad came, it was genuinely delicious. It had just the right amount of everything, with the goat cheese and candied pecans causing the perfect flavor explosion. The chicken was incredibly seasoned, and unlike anything I'm used to seeing on top of a salad. It was one of the best salads I've ever had, to be honest. Do I think any salad is worth $23? Not really, but I also wasn't mad I spent it, because it was so good. Because of the cost, the Feedery won't be my everyday haunt, but I will most definitely come for that salad again at some point. A really nice place to visit on a day you feel like splurging a little!

The Feedery is one of those well cool places where you immediately want to return, again and again.... as you're being seated. I can't wait to return. House grown, locally sourced ingredients??? YES, please. Farm to table in the city.... another YES, please. One amazing part of their menu - they list where their ingredients are sourced. Know your food. The Feedery is my jam. So, I met a few co-workers here recently. We came a bit early for the lunch rush, were seated immediately and very well attended to - our waiter was awesome. He made sure we were always full, had the scoop on our order and even helped us narrow down some equally amazing options. Wanna split your check? No problem. In fact, our waiter had already done this and was super speedy in getting us checked out. We stayed awhile to chat and watched as the main room filled up. Nope, no one asked us to leave. We were attentive to this and moved to an open picnic table right outside in the gorgeous sunshine. Win - win. What'd we have: I ordered a spicy chai latte and their breakfast sandwich (One egg your way, herbed goat cheese, house-made sweet red pepper jelly, citrus vinaigrette dressed greens, brioche bun). My coworker joined me and my other lovely ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap (Chicken breast, house greens, tomato, pickled red onion, red onion, bacon, cheddar, buffalo ranch, flour tortilla). Total disclosure - I have no idea how she didn't inhale it as we did. The flavors were SOOOO good. And on your way in or out, you walk through the Market - an area where you can grab and go, or take home an adorbable succulent. Love this. In case you didn't already glean this from my review - Yes, you need to go and have this amazing experience. Sooner than later, IMO.

I really liked The Feedery! It's a trendy spot with an awesome dog friendly patio that's perfect for summer. The falafel gyro was super good. The falafel were a different color and texture than I'm used to, but it was delicious nonetheless. There are a couple reasons why, despite the food being really good, I wouldn't come running back immediately. They add an automatic 20% service charge to the bill, which I am not a fan of. Also, I think the food is slightly pricy considering the sandwiches don't come with a side.

This is a a great addition in the area. It's three places in one. Half of the place is a coffee shop and plant store. It would be a great spot to post up with a laptop to get work done since they have a large amount of tables as well as some outdoor tables. The other half is a sit down restaurant with a selection of items made with local ingredients. I got the Greek salad and added some falafel. The falafel was some of the best I had with the perfect crunchy outside and creamy inside.

My husband and I went to this restaurant because we love the concept of fresh and locally grown food. We are passionate about regenerative farming and want to support any business that is working to fulfill this mission. The atmosphere is so cute and inviting and the staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the food we had was average at best. We had 2 cocktails (very good), a mushroom app (good), a burrito (good) and the steak dish (fair). We spent over $100 and were left feeling like we may have been satisfied had we spent half that price for the quality of the food.

Two coffees and two tiny english muffin sandwiches cost $43 dollars. What? Come on...that is just wrong. Plus, it's like they are to good to help you. Just wrong. It's to bad. The place has potential. We keep trying, over the years, to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's a shame they continually suck. Consider this a fair warning.
