Terrible customer service from the girls who work there. When my husband and I got to the counter, they looked right at us and kept doing what they were doing. How do two of you stand at the counter and no one bothers to even say “hi” or “welcome”? One was counting the tips at the counter and maybe the other one couldn’t see us through her fake eyelashes. :( We smiled and waited politely and made eye contact with both of them very awkwardly before deciding to just walk out. She then decided to address the next customer as we were walking out lol. Not sure if they’re super immature or just not having a good day today, but they definitely need more training.

Decent smoothies and a pretty fun atmosphere, but I’m not sure if they could hire anyone more unfriendly to work the register. No “hi” or “thank you” or even “your total is.” Heck, she didn’t even look at or acknowledge my daughter and I. Just took our order and then walked into the back. Think we’ll choose another smoothie place next time.

Went in to get a smoothie, I got no welcome in until I approached the counter to download the app, the cashier looked up and said hi. I began to download the app and the cashier walks away and did not return maybe she went to the bathroom. I sat there for about 5 mins waiting. The person in the back making the smoothies came to the front to leave an online order to get picked up. He really acted like there was no one in the lobby. Didn't even let us know how long we had to wait or where was the cashier. I work in retail, anybody comes in my shop I immediately say hi when I can or even if I can't help right away I let them know, or say I'll be right with you.

I like the smoothies but there's one girl behind the counter that sucks the energy out of the room and never says "thank you" or "hi" even. Most everyone else is chill but she makes me want to stop coming to this place.

All day breakfast menu is priced really well, it’s a good value and tastes good. Their smoothies are also tasty; slightly overpriced but still worth the value. Their service was really fast even though they were busy (I visited on a Saturday at noon).

Sometimes I feel like they don’t add the way protein, or any supplements out of laziness.
This tropical smoothie is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to, and I will never ever ever be back. My coworker and I come here all the time and I will be telling her and everybody else I know to never come back here. I ordered a smoothie to The wrong location for curbside and ran to pick it up and was belittled by both the girl and boy working there. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and had my toddler with me and was told by the guy that I had to call the other location and ask them to send it over when I was standing right there and he could have done it for me. instead he told me to stop giving him an attitude And when I told him I didn’t want the smoothie anymore he told me to have fun on my way out. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect that I received at the store, especially being a 32 week pregnant woman and the amount of stress this man caused me this morning over a smoothie. If you’re the manager of this location, I demand a phone call

Just ordered delivery, which included two chicken quesadillas. Instead received two cheese only quesadillas, and doordash would only refund 75% of the cost for adding chicken, very disappointed and now have to get more food for dinner.
