I’ve had a bunch of Uptown and Humboldt meals, at both zeppelin station and the Mercury cafe. Blown away by the consistently great service and flavors. Gio is such a sweet person too, he’s truly passionate about sharing good food. Best veggie burger you’ll ever have, very fresh ingredients in everything. MUST try!!
The vegetarian chorizo burrito is my go to on the weekends. It’s sooo flavorful; not your typical flavorless eggs and potatoes, they season everything to perfection and the burrito is LOADED. Their empanadas are delicious as well. Can’t wait to try other things from their menu. Hayden and Gio are the bomb!Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian options with tons of flavor: breakfast burritos, empanadas, veggie burgers, etc
