We visited yesterday. They were short staffed, only one person at the front taking orders (dine in and take out), serving and checking out! We sat for 10 minutes without water while waiting to place orders. She was very nice and apologized for the delay. Food was average for me (eggs Benedict, eggs were overcooked, not enough hollandaise), but spiced Chai was good! My friends' meals were good- ranging from burger to sandwiches, skillet, and chicken noodle soup. I am impressed that they made the fries from scratch!

Great local spot!!! This food was a 10/10 and the atmosphere felt like home. They also had "it's a boy" signs all over the restaurant so it looks like the staff threw a baby shower for on of their staff members which was adorable!!

Me and my kids had a nice relaxing lunch. The atmosphere was nice and informal, while the setting was still nice and clean. The staff was friendly and personal.

We had your standard breakfast options and they were good. The cafe is nice and clean, the wait staff were friendly and the service was great. Our waitress came and refilled our drinks and checked on us in a nice frequency.

Mountain Home Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in town. It offers a variety of options for breakfast and lunch. It is a cozy and welcoming environment. The food is delicious! I 100% recommend Mountain Home Cafe!Kid-friendliness: Olga gives high quality bilingual books to children! I have 3 children and having a place where we can go to eat, relax, enjoy, and feel cared for and loved is wonderful. Thank you, Olga and Enrique for all you do in the community.

Stopped by here for breakfast over the weekend when were staying at the Stanley Hotel. We got seated immediately about at about 1030am and noticed about 11am alot of customers started rolling in again. We ordered the french toast and smothered breakfast burrito. Both were very good with pork green chilli on top the burrito being our favorite (not too hot but still had a kick). Menu selection was good and prices reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. The only thing I thought could be better is a more consistent refill on coffee. Highly recommend you try this resturant if you are staying or visiting Estes Park.

Mountain Home Cafe is one of our favorite places to eat when visiting Estes Park. Fast and friendly service, great food, variety of choices. It’s a family friendly place, too. They have a little book nook for kids to borrow books to enjoy during the meal, and even to take home! We keep going to back Mountain Home Cafe every visit to Estes Park.

Loved that the food all tasted great and was not greasy at all! When my order came with the incorrect side...our server fixed it with a smile. What a great way to start our day!

Andrea was an incredible waitress, she was quick, checked on us frequently, and she was consistently kind. The food was top notch and the coffee was perfect. We were pleasantly impressed. This is now our favorite cafe for breakfast. Oh, we have to add that the cinnamon roll was the best! ???

It was a good experience. Food was somehow bland - nothing that some salt and spicy sauce can’t help. Someone mentioned that it could be related to altitude, but this wasn’t our experience in other local restaurants. Would go again when in the
