Place was dirty and it wasn’t even busy.Employee looked dirty and his attitude was not the best. Also this is almost as double as expensive compared to any other Subway. Also the sitting are is only for 5 people max, so very small in there, probably better to just pickup and go somewhere else.Very slow service, people that were in line left after they saw there was no movement for more than 15 minutes. Probably working on some online orders?

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. It's been a couple years since I've been in here and all the toppings back then were either frozen solid or starting to rot. My experience the same thing a couple of weeks ago. This place really needs new ownership.

Need new workers. This guy was rude and had an attitude. Hire people that actually want to work. There were 2 people on shift one of the guy's was really nice the other was absolutely disrespectful. This happen 1-3-2024 @2:00PMParking: Estes park

There was only one person working on an incredibly busy day. Honestly, just close the store next time. They did their best, and it's not the employee's fault but not only does trying to run with one person increase everyone's wait time, it lowers food quality because the employee can't prep and rotate food according to safety guidelines, plus running a store like that makes workers want to off themselves and they matter more than the money that is made.

Double the price and half as good as the average Subway, which is saying a lot lol. Avoid!Who owns this place? You should be ashamed to be both gouging your customers and leaving your employees to suffer the consequences and low morale. A microcosm of everything that is wrong with the US economy.

Reached 10 mins before closing time but was told that the store is closed. went inside everything was open yet they denied service. They should change their timings if they take last orders way before closing time.

More of a grab-and-go type of place, not many sitting opportunities. Haven't really been impressed by quality of food in recent years but this time it was ok. Food presentation could use improvement as my sandwich was made a bit sloppy in my opinion. Great service though, the employee on duty really seemed to be "on it" even when a small rush came in.

Talk about a delight. I've been to a lot of Subways but none were like this one. I felt like I was at a gourmet deli. The service I received was awesome. I ordered off the posted menu but with the assistance of the Sandwich Artist (read employee) my bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich was topped off with avocado, ham and provolone cheese. This sandwich was over the top delicious. Find yourself at Estes Park during lunchtime, swing by the Subway, you'll be glad you did.

The girl with long dark hair and a thick accent is incompetent and possibly illiterate. That would all be fine, if she wasn’t also incredibly rude. She was wearing a shirt with the sandwich name and menu reference # but didn’t make it properly. I asked for it exactly the way they make it on the menu. It was a sweet onion teriyaki steak sandwich. First she added bacon to 3 sandwiches. Bacon is not on the list of standard ingredients. When I advised her that bacon is not part of the sandwich she was extremely rude, and they also left teriyaki sauce off all of the sandwiches… it’s in the name! Felt like a scene out of Idiocracy.

We came in in the morning to get some sandwiches for our trip to the national Park and it look like all the vegetables were a day old. Really looked pretty nasty. I must say. In addition to that, the employee was not very friendly at all.

The staff members were friendly, the service was excellent, and the sandwiches were delicious. But it was cool and rainy outside, so indoor seating would be nice.

Charged $21 for a simple footlong that was $12 at a subway in another nearby city. Rude employees..don’t go here. They said price increase was because “this is Estes park”…
