A dinner at The Table at The Stanley in Estes Park is an exceptional opportunity to enjoy a personal dining experience with a chef from surrounding areas such as Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, etc. The dinners are held in a private room with a total of 20 guests. The guest chef designs and presents a unique tasting menu along with an alcohol pairing and then walks you through each course explaining their inspiration and background. It is truly and exceptional and special experience.

We were lucky enough to get this reservation to a 5 course fine dining meal along with wine tasting for each course from the best local chefs. We were facing the huge glass window after sunset the shower of light snow and the speckled lights of the town was a very cool environment. It will cap off your visit here if you get a seat early enough!

Not our usual night out! We had an fun meal in the Stanley hotel with six other couples from all across the country. The hosts were wonderful as facilitators, allowing the diners at the table to mingle, the food was top-class and the wine pairings eclectic. Would definitely return

Table is a unique dining experience - much like attending an elegant dinner party with good friends. Except most of you start as strangers. The food was locally sourced, outstanding and beautifully paired with wine. It was a treat to be guided through the meal by our fabulous guest chef, Candy Campbell.

We had a really great time at Table. The food and wine pairings were spot on and it was great to have the chef come out to discuss the courses with us. It was a great experience and I can't wait to do it again!

Table is a unique dining experience in Estes Park. This review is only for one occasion - but be aware that the chefs and menu change weekly, so the experience may vary. During this dinner, the menu itself didn't tell a story as the courses progressed - unlike the wine pairings, which had unique history and progression. The chef was very accomodating on this date in adopting the menu for special dietary requirements. The service was great - and the dinner ended by 9pm. Highly recommend exploring Table if your travels bring you to Estes Park on a Friday evening.

We dined at The Table to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a special experience! The ambiance was wonderful, food with wine pairings was delicious. We loved that the visiting Chef came out and spoke about each course, as well as the wine rep regarding each wine. Will return the next time we are in Estes Park!

We have eaten at the Table 3 times, it has been a great experience. The food and wine pairings are phenomenal. Also a great place to meet other people from different parts of the country.

We were part of the five-course-dinner-with-wine event on August 17, and this was one of the BEST times we have ever had. From the time we made the reservation to the last bit of conversation after dessert, everything was simply PERFECT. We definitely plan to return to celebrate special occasions (and maybe even when we just want a very nice dinner!) For the total price of about $250 (including dinner, tax and tip), although a little on the pricey side, for what we received, it was an OUTSTANDING value!!

What an amazing idea and how greatly executed! The room set up and arrangement was impressive and also how the hostess managed the night. Chef Aaron did a fantastic job with the menu and wine pairings managed by a wine importing company was flawless. Will go back for sure!

This meal was limited to 28 people, and consisted of a five-course, wine-paired dinner with an invited chef. The highlight of our trip.

We came to celebrate my 50th birthday and had a rough time finding it. Somehow I missed that it was located in the Stanley Hotel - and the new guard at the gate had never heard of Table and actually tuned us away. Luckily another attendant flagged us down before we drove completely away and told us we were in the right place but we still weren't sure exactly where to go. Other employees were also clueless but we finally found it in The Lodge with plenty of time to spare. We were led a to a gathering spot and given Prosecco and appetizers soon after that so I was able to relax before being seated at the big table. We had a very pleasant experience. My husband was a bit put off by how noisy the room was but that's to be expected after the wine started flowing and everyone was trying to be heard:) Eileen was a lovely hostess and our guest chef was Candy Campbell from Bin 46 in Longmont. She managed to blend some strong flavors such as gorgonzola cheese, beets and lamb together so well that some diners who had previously not liked these flavors enjoyed their meal. The sommelier seemed very knowledgeable and presented some different wines and somehow I enjoyed them all! If you are not a picky eater and enjoy new experiences and meeting new people, then I believe this is worth it. There is a different guest chef each night and the menu is a surprise so going in with an open mind is recommended. Of course if there are dietary restrictions, they will work around that. I believe there was a vegetarian and a dairy free diner in our group. Overall, We enjoyed it very much.

From the initial welcome, the perfectly paired wines and impeccably prepared menu, the entire experience was amazing! The banquet table encouraged meeting an array of interesting people! Will definitely come again!

Went here for final dinner of our honeymoon, and it was simply fantastic in all respects: food, wine, and company, as well as interesting and informative notes from the chef and sommelier. Can't recommend highly enough!
